The provider was very knowledgeable while at the same time considerate and respectful of my feelings and concerns. I was so impressed that I have already recommended to my daughter that she change to Dr. Lu for her Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Lawrence Lu is so precise, professional, and very caring. He connects all the dots- even when the computer system has incorrect information from previous providers inputting the data.

Dr. Lawrence Lu made this 6 month follow up a great experience. He went over my medical history and test results. Had some valuable insight to my GLP-1 journey as well as other aspects of my health in general. I have scheduled my next appointment with Dr. Lu again.

Dr Lu was very understanding and listened to my concerns. He helped me with my sleeping problems, by providing me with a medicine that helped as successful and the past two days I haven't slept better

First appt. here with new Dr. Nice office, receptionists were pleasant, but not "chatty". Dr.Lu was very pleasant and personal- He started off with "Tell me about yourself." He listened well, gave me plenty of time. He made me feel at ease and has a sense of humor. Went over my history, and right away got to work on my main health concern, with tests to schedule and follow up in 3mos.! So far so good!

I am very pleased with the time DrLu spent with me.Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. Dr Lu got back to me regarding my tests through My Chart quickly so my mind was relieved freeing me of unnecessary worry.

My original purpose for scheduling this appointment was to get a TB test. After meeting with the doctor, I had to wait at least 30 minutes for this test. I was told it was because "the order had to be put in". I'm not sure why there was such a long wait, especially since I told the scheduler that's what the appointment was for. I don't know why it wasn't ready when I arrived.

It was hard losing my PC doctor, Dr. Soble to retirement, but Dr. Lu, my current doctor, is terrific! He really gives you his full attention, answering questions and explaining everything really well.

Dr lu was the first pcp yo proactively suggest a specialized test for me based on my unique medical situation. In the past, I felt like I had to ask about specific tests for concerns I had. Not with him, he looked at my history, heard my concerns and made appropriate recommendations. A great experience
