The doctor was very friendly. He took good care of me. He did some tests. I like him a lot. I would like him to be my doctor for me and my wife, but he told me he wasn't accepting any new patients. I'm sorry about that.

I have had multiple bad experiences with medical care from the Virtua Health system. I fully trust Dr. Shapiro but have changed my specialty medical care to non-Virtua providers.

Dr. Gary Shapiro is an extraordinary physician. He is kind, he is sincere, he takes his job seriously, and he goes far beyond what anyone would expect to care for his patients. He is always sensitive to my needs, he knows my case very, very well, he is detail-oriented, and well-informed with all the options that I may have. I find him intelligent, inquisitive, and very, very warm. Everyone should have a physician just like Dr. Gary Shapiro. I would recommend him to anyone and he would be the best role model.

Dr. Shapiro has always treated me treated me respectfully. When he learned of my upcoming surgery, he went out of his way to schedule me for about pre-op exam and referred me to a Cardiologist. I'm more than satisfied with Dr. Shapiro and Virtua staff.

Dr. Shapiro always takes the time to listen and understand any issues I think I have. He does does not make me feel like he has to harry up with me to get to the next appointment. Please keep up the same approach. Kudos to a great check in and out team, and care team.
