This was my fist time meeting Courtney, APN. not for any medical care or decisions BUT ONLY AS A PRE-OP/EKG for my upcoming cataract surgery. HOWEVER, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED and may be requesting her for future visits.

I called back the next day to request another prescription for congestion, possibly steroid, because of the history of bronchitis I've had. No one responded back to me and then I sent a message on the portal and no one responded back to me.

This is my first visit with Courtney and she seemed to be listening and caring and I appreciated the fact that she was willing to help with any issue that I seemed to bring up. I highly recommend her and can't so happy that I chose her as my new primary doctor.

Went in with a cold and ears clogged was diagnosed with inflamed ears from sinus.Never checked me with stethoscope prescribed something for me and left.Did not tell me if it would cure my cold and ear had to call her back in

Courtney was amazing! I've never had a positive medical experience before. She listened and believed me and took immediate action to help me solve my medical issues that have been plaguing me for 22 years. I cried in the car after because I've never had an experience like that before. Truly a life changing experience. I am so glad she is my primary care physician. I feel very well taken care of and like I may finally be on track to improving my quality of life.

I truly can't say better things about Courtney. As someone who's avoided the doctor for my own anxieties, I carefully chose a new primary care physician. I could not be happier with my choice. She is thorough and listens to any concern that's brought up. Feedback and suggestions are discussed and decisions are made together. Her approach is a breath of fresh air and you truly feel at ease at her office. Courtney's response time is quick if you think of anything you may have forgot to ask in office. I have already recommended her to multiple friends and am happy to say I've found my new primary.
