I'd never been to this location before. I was impressed with everyone I interacted with. I couldn't have asked for a better, more thorough experience with the doctor. She had a great manner & helped me address issues that have been lingering for a while

Courtney Ledgerwood is an awesome NP! She doesn't make me feel Rushed and she answers all of my questions in a way that I can understand.

Dr. Ledgerwood was very knowledgeable and I felt heard during the entire appointment of telling her what I've been experiencing for the last 20, 25 years and she put me on a plan that I think is going to work out nicely for me. So we shall see, but I really enjoyed her. She is new to me. This is my first time visiting her. I was looking for a new PCP and I think I found her.

It was a first appointment & I was pleased that provider took time to listen to my concerns & acknowledged them & suggested options to try. They didn't ignore my concerns which other providers have done. I felt like they really cared. Very pleased with provider.

The staff was above and beyond what I hoped for . As a new patient I was unsure of how this would turn out , but I couldn't be happier . I was greeted with a smile , Courtney was thorough , very personable and caring . Trey knew my history and explained what the exam would involve and was so pleasant . Sincere thanks to all !

No, my experience was wonderful and Courtney was really personable and took her time with me. I didn't feel rushed in the office and the office overall was clean, well maintained. The staff was pleasant. Everything was very good. It was a very good office visit.

Courtney and her staff did an outstanding job. She listened to me. She understood my concerns and gave me some suggestions and guidance moving forward. I would definitely keep her as my primary physician. I know she's not a physician, but she does an outstanding job. Most importantly, she takes the time to listen.

Office needs some TLC/ maintenance. There was a spilled bag of rock salt in the foyer upon entering. Many light bulbs were burned out in the waiting area and in the exam room.

Courtney is just wonderful. She hears what I say and we work together to find solutions. I will continue to see her. I am also being my step son in as a patient to see her. I would pick Courtney over any doctor.

I find the nurse practitioner to be just as capable and qualified as the doctors she took care of an infection in my elbow treated me like I was a member of a family got me in and out of there with a smile on my face

I have been very impressed with my visits there that the providers take a look at my records and where I currently am and seem to really understand what the treatments are, about the medications, what they do, and they explain to me also so I can understand what's happening. I imagine it's very difficult for a general practitioner to have to know so many things, yet they always seem to do. So I'm impressed by that and very thankful. Thank you.
