We are always VERY happy with everything involving Dr. Kaufman and the staff of the office. They are always professional, friendly, caring, and efficient. Dr. Kaufman is now the Primary Care Physician for our entire family.

My experience at the practice I am rating excellent!!! From the front desk sign in to the med tech intake and the doctor that is Dr. Kaufman my primary care physician all excellent!!! My patient experience was handled with care and professionalism from all! Thank you!! Although my next comment is not regarding the care I received but trying to schedule my appointment through the Virtua call center not only for this particular appointment but is for any appointment that I need to make with a Virtua healthcare provider. There are unusually long wait times for example in the past when I have called I could be caller number 42, or number 25 etc etc. this is entirely too long of a wait if I have to make this appointment while I'm working even if I'm on my lunch 30 minutes etc. I did leave my name and number. A call back came but of course I was at work and I had to start the process all over again. The Virtua call center does not appear to be as efficient as it could be I think there would need to be a change or hire more employees etc. there have been a few occasions where I actually drove to the doctor's office to make my appointment in person. Once again all the physician office staff are wonderful and when I finally do get a human on the phone from the call center they are cordial and helpful but trying to get to speak to a human from the call center is extremely challenging and I believe a change should be made. Thank you.

Arrived 15 minutes early as required and still took 60 minutes to see doctor. That is not acceptable. Need to do better with time

Dr Kaufman is by far the best primary care physician I've ever had. She listens she suggests and then maps out a plan of action. I trust her completely and am happy with the care she provides.

Excellent professional staff always extend pleasant greetings. Dr, Kaufman, my Primary is the best, when I leave her office I feel uplifted as she really explains my medical issues and guides me in how to better engage toward being able to navigate through daily issues.

I'm grateful I learned about Dr Kaufman from another Dr when I was searching for a new primary care physician. She has been instrumental in ensuring I am referred to other doctors as needed for my best life care possible. She and her staff respond quickly to requests or questions, explaining things as needed. She's always happy to allow my daughters to join in person or via phone at my appointments.

The place was extremely busy, but in spite of that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. From the girl who checked me in, to the girl that took my vitals before the doctor, to the girl who checked me out when visit was finished. All so pleasant and helpful.

Handicap motor controlled doors don't function fluidly. I wish the exam rooms were closer to the elevator.

I think the question about being unique is a waste. Why isn't it enough that everyone is had contact with was polite and professional. I think that is all that should be expected.

Unfortunately, the main entrance doors and the entrance door to Dr. Kaufman's office at your Briggs Road building do not meet ADA access standards. None of the doors can be opened automatically by pressing a plate plus, the doors are extremely difficult to open. I do not know exactly how much force is needed to open the main entrance doors, but I'm certain that it exceeds ADA standards. Given this is a medical treatment facility, I think this short fall is inexcusable. Please do what it takes to ensure that the building access meets ADA standards. Thank you

I was referred to this practice as I was looking for a new primary care physician. From the moment I walked into the office I knew this was the place I wanted to be. From the greeting at the front desk to when I went thru the check out process everyone was friendly, professional and kind. Dr. Kaufman took the time to get to know me and my health history. We discussed what is happening and came up with a future plan. I am so happy that I was able to find this wonderful Dr. and her team. Thank you to one and all.

The staff was very nice to me when I went to the office. Dr. Jodi Kaufman is very good. I had her for years and I wouldn't trade her for nobody and I would recommend her to my family 100%. She's awesome.
