She listens and answers all of my concerns, questions. She really does her research, and has knowledge about the medicines I am on. I am never rushed through my visits.

Great experience from check-in to check-out (as usual). The medical assistant was very personable and friendly. Beth is wonderful & has been my PCP for years. She is very thorough, empathetic, and knowledgeable.

Everything was great. My only concern is that I can't seem to communicate with the provide that I saw during my visit. Another provider sends me messages regarding bloodwork, etc and that provider doesn't know my medical history and what was discussed during my visit with the provider. It just seems like an odd procedure. I understand time management is important for providers but important details regarding patient information can be missed.

I love Beth Bergman. She listens to what I have to say. She gives me feedback. I think she is wonderful. Very caring and gives me all the time I need and answers all my questions. She is very good. Never liked going to the doctors but she makes me want to go and not miss my appointments.

I recommend this practice all the time. I love my doctor, Dr. Bergman. I've never felt like a "patient" to her, always a friend. I feel I get excellent care not only by her but by all of the staff. My only negative feeling is toward the difficulty in getting medications approved and refilled.

The person who called me back (nurse, [REDACTED]?) called my name. I smiled and walked back. She was stone faced. I then tried to make small talk and commented about the weather. Her response, "mmm hmm." It was like a was annoying her by my presence. Puss on her face the entire time. I am not a complainer and always give good reviews. This person didn't seem like a person who should interact with public if they annoy her so much. As always, [REDACTED]is professional, knowledgable, friendly and trustworthy. I am very happy with her care over the years.
