Dr. Patel is it wonderful, warm, and caring primary physician! He answers all my questions thoroughly even gathering information for me in regards to a question I had about the availability of any therapeutic pools. Good doctors like Dr. Patel are hard to find. Sometimes I feel very blessed and lucky!

Waited for like one minute in the waiting room. Everybody is so kind and the Dr took his time and I'd highly recommend.

Hello, the only problem I have is every time I need to see my primary, Dr. [REDACTED], it's impossible. And I really wish that somehow it wasn't so busy in there. That when you call and you want to make an appointment, you're like on a queue that's anywhere from 1 to 40. It's annoying. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Dr Patel gets me. When I am with him I don't feel like a quota number. I feel like a patient who has a top notch doctor so I always leave his office feeling reassured that he has my back.

Everyone at the facility was attentive, friendly, and caring. I especially thought the nurse I started with was beyond caring and nice Dr. Patel was extremely attentive and impressed me by knowing my health history. He was easy to talk to, and I felt completely at ease.

My Primary care doctor's schedule was full so I was serviced by another doctor. Inspite being a pitch-in doctor, he was well knowledgeable about my case and my pre-op procedures went smoothly. Everything was covered and discussed fully. Cannot ask for better service! More power to the Medford Virtua Group!!!

Primary care is wild because you walk in for one thing, and your doctor somehow manages to address your blood pressure, your labs, your stress, your sleep, your vaccines, your family history, your medications, your random knee pain, and the thing you casually mention while standing up to leave. My primary care doctor is basically a medical detective, life coach, air traffic controller, and human Google with a stethoscope.

Dr. Patel was extremely thoughtful and kind. The staff as a whole were very nice, though the staff who first saw me seemed a little bothered (not sure if by me or something else). Overall, great experience.

Was very impressed with everything. This was my first visit so the doctor didn't have much info to go on, only what I could provide . Gave him my former doctor in Florida contact information which he will use for my past records.

Dr Patel is very soft spoken, with confidence. He listens, even when I talk too much. His staff is always very welcoming. I would highly recommend his care to anyone in need of a great Doctor.

Dr N Patel is a relatively new dr for me. My last primary dr retired after providing 38 years of quality medical care for me. All indications are that Dr Patel will continue to provide the same high level of care to which I've learned to expect from Virtua docs.

Dr. Patel is not my regular doctor but my situation needed immediate attention. He was more than kind and listened to everything I needed to say about my situation. He also explained the possible side effects of the medication he had prescribed for me. I was very pleased to have him as my physcian.

The doctor wears a mask. He's hard to understand to start with and he shouldn't wear a mask because it makes it even harder to understand him. Otherwise, he's fine. Thank you.
