Dr. Patel obviously reviewed the medical history and had conversation on past treatments He is very attentive, takes his time and is an active listener. Very impressed

Dr. Patel is very conservative with respect to the Wegovy pill. Weight Watchers is using the pill, among others. Dr. Patel won't prescribe it, which is disappointing. He doesn't seem to understand the psychology of food addiction.

Office staff was very professional. Dr.Patel was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He took time to explain exercises I should do for tennis elbow. He was very thorough, taking time to review my chart as I was a new patient.

Hello, I am so happy to have Dr. Patel as my primary doctor right now. He has been so amazing. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is so professional. He is so helpful. He doesn't rush me. Dr Patel is wonderful. He is the first doctor I've had in a long time that actually took the time to both listen to me and explain things to me. I felt like he actually cared and wasn't in a rush. The staff was great as well, from the front desk to check out. I appreciate being treated like an individual and not a number. Thank you.

Dr. Patel has restored my trust in PC physicians. He's been present for every appointment, attentive, concerned, listens and provides quality care & instructions. His staff is amazing as well. Dr Patel was professional but he did not listen to my conversation. About the need for Prednisone especially when my husband is sick with he same upper respiratory sickness and on preds . I did not recover called back today to explain that my ears are still clogged and throat ruff . Dr Patel will not budge on this medication.

Recently my primary care physician retired and the practice subsequently closed. I was able to schedule a next day appointment due to a cancellation. Dr. Patel was professional, thorough, patient and I was very glad he's able to be my new primary care physician. I would highly recommend him and this practice.

The office, the staff, the doctors, they all work together in unison for patient's care. Your business or your health care center works like a well-oiled machine. I'm very thankful they are so close to my home in Medford.
