EUGENE W BRABSTON MD
Dr Brabston performed the impossible with my shoulder surgery. I was told by two other surgeons nothing could be done. From the front office, nurses, surgical team and support staff I cannot say enough praises!

First, it's the parking. The app makes it too hard to park. I am extremely against having to use my phone as a payment system. I will not be returning to UAB Highlands after my foot surgery 98% because of the parking app. Second: 1% is the signage in the building trying to find your way around. For example when you first walk in, it's not clear where to go for the sleep clinic. Third: 1% for the providers. I've not been entirely pleased with the sleep clinic or orthopedic staff. They seem not as helpful or giving a darn as other areas of UAB. Dr. Michael Johnson seems caring, though, for my short visits with him. I guess visits with all surgeons are brief.

I arrived 5-10min before appt. Lady at the counter was attentive and friendly. Short wait in waiting room. Got to see Dr Momaya without a crew of medical students and residents. And was done with appointment in 30 min. Very efficient process

Each person I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful starting with the check-in desk. Dr. Alyssa went the extra mile to get me a same day appointment for additional services. I will definitely recommend 119 Sports Medicine to friends and family.

I felt like the provider did not look at my mri scan and the written report very well that I turned in and like there wasn't a reason for me to be in the pain that I have been in for a while

Came with bad infection in left knee area. Left with nothing but keep doing what you already are and maybe the untreated ( or even looked at) infection won't kill you

Dr. Mabry and the clinic staff were great. Longer wait than desired, but surgeons run into surprises so it is understandable.

Yes. I sincerely appreciate the time that Dr RaJaram took with explaining what my options were with surgery. Plus he indicated he would be meeting with other spine surgeons in the coming days to discuss my case and then he'll give me a call. I highly recommend him.

I have never had a bad experience at UAB Highlands. I've had multiple surgeries for injuries and also had experience with ICU for DKA. I highly (and often) recommend this facility to anyone needing excellent care. Thank you to Drs. Evely and [ ] and all the support staff that have cared for me.
