Three hours to see Dr. Theiss for 4-5 minute appt. And, was told to be there 15 min. early. Two and a half hours late would be just about right.

Experience was good. Only negative was wait time to be seen.

Dissatisfied with outcome of care. Seem like I could have made a better brace than what was given.

Waited over an hour to see the doctor only for him to tell me there’s nothing more for him to do . Within 1 minute of seeing me no other options or even a decent conversation. Was rushed as soon as he came in & was gone within 2-5 mins. After eating over an hour. I’m in pain still & don’t know why.

I was there to see Dr Shah regarding my fractures in both feet they took x-rays he said I could start walking in one shoe at a time with an orthotic that he recommended I was very happy that I did not need surgery Dr Shah is the best foot and ankle surgeon/doctor thank you

Appointment was surprisingly good. Information given and questions answered so you could understand. Pleased with Dr. Mabry patience and concerns towards me. Looking forward to being a patient of his even after the surgery.

Just not please with the doctor seem like he's not professional and with my condition he had to keep calling other doctors for options on my condition. I came there in servere pain and left in servere pain and he said there is nothing he can do about that. He suggested for me to go to the emergency room if I'm in pain

Dr Mabry took the time and listened to all my concerns. I had many questions which I had written down. He listened intently to me, he answered and explained everyone of my questions. He treated me with kindness and compassion and a genuine concern for my health.

My experience was great beginning with surgery waiting area Stephanie made me and my family fell welcome. My nurse was friendly and kind when he took me to the to set me up and start my IV. The doctors assistants and ER staff was great. The recovery nurse did great at managing my pain. The discharge nurse was friendly and ensured my family and I was prepared for discharge. Dr. Hess did wonderful and I fell great following my surgery.

Everyone at this office made me feel seen and heard. I felt better just knowing my concerns were being addressed. The offices are clean and uncluttered. The people, from the lady at front desk, gray tech, nurse and doctor listened, were kind and so helpful.

The lady who took my vitals was super nice and friendly.
William was also super nice and friendly and answered all our questions

Beautiful facility. Surroundings are very comforting & calm. Staff was super friendly & got me in & out quickly which is a huge plus in my book. It was as pleasurable as a Drs appt can be. I don't like going to Dr. So I really liked the brief encounters. Also the spacing in the waiting areas is awesome! I hate sitting all up under another person I don't know! I certainly don't whatever sickness they may have either! So I was happy with my experience at that facility the 2 times Ive been there. Thank you for making me feel like I matter as well. Hopefully I will be fixed & mended very soon!! I feel I can trust all UAB facilities with my issues & that you all are seriously taking my problems into account & working towards the best solution for fixing them! Keep up the good work!
