This was my first visit to the Gardendale facilities. Coming in the front door is a little confusing. There were two ladies sitting there. Me and several others who came in after me were unsure as to which lady to approach. Past that, the staff in radiology and in the orthopedic clinic were personable and made me feel comfortable and taken care of.

Everyone there in Dr Mabry's office is so nice. He is a wonderful doctor. My surgery came out even better than I expected. Looking forward to when he can do my other knee

Our family could not have asked for better care than what our brother received at the orthopedic clinic. Dr. Mabry is a wonderful doctor. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Scott Mabry did my knee replacement. He has a kind bedside manner and answers any questions I ask. He also kept me well informed of the procedure and what to expect on the front end. This has helped so much with my recovery.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Mabry at this location. I arrived at 10:45 for an 11:00 X-Ray appt. and an 11:30 appt. to see the Dr. At 12:30 Dr. Mabry came to the waiting room door and called back 3 people whose appointments were after mine. I went to the door and told him how long I had been there. He told me to give him a few minutes to get me a room. Ten minutes later he called me back. I left the office at 1:05 and had to be back in Alexandria (an hour and 15 minutes away) to pick up grandchildren from school by 2:30. So we didn't get to eat lunch. I have NEVER waited that long at the Highlands

The facility was extremely clean. Staff was friendly and Dr. Mabry was wonderful. He listened to me, explained everything and was extremely kind. He did'nt rush to schedule me for surgery and offered other options with my health care needs.

Dr Mabry was so good to listen to my mother's knee problems and addressed the problems with promptness and kindness. He was willing to correct another doctors mistake on her knee. She is finally on her way to being pain free after 3 years of misery that another doctor inflected on her. Thank you Dr Mabry for all of your help.

Need to be sure that VA referral info is on all records.va tier 1 veterans do not have to pay any copay. Caused a delay in checking in the clinic and not available on online check in.
