The Doctors, Staff, and all of the employees that I have encountered are very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and caring. The wait times are very limited. They always follow up with anything necessary.

Everyone from the start to the end of visit was so kind! The ladies in the back made a place for me to rest with my head on the exam table while I was waiting on imaging. I was freezing and they brought me gowns to cover up with. Ms. Rice, CRNP allowed me to burst into tears when I was told that my arm was considered non operative. I was so frightened because I am widowed. I am thankful I was seen so soon and imagining was done all in the same day! I am thankful for UAB- it is so big, but I truly felt cared for; my injuries were not life threatening, but they are important to me! Thank you UAB Highlands!

I saw the nurse practitioner, Alyssa Rice for a shoulder assessment and she was able to call to Sports Medicine to work me in for an injection during this visit. A short wait and avoided another trip. Both areas, efficient, clean, friendly staff.

The staff was extremely kind and patient with me and I really appreciate that. The CMA was wonderful and professional, I wish I could recall her name. Alyssa Rice CRNP was confident and knowledgeable of what was going on with me after reviewing my chart and X-rays and a plan of care was discussed. I received a steroid injection from Dr [ ]. Her staff was also phenomenal.

It was fast and to the point. Everyone was very friendly, we felt right at home. Everything was explained in simple terms that was easy for my mom to understand with her mild/moderate dementia.
