Dr. Hess explained everything very well and thoroughly. We were very pleased. He was not in a hurry and did not talk into a microphone the whole time we were there. We felt listened to and heard.

They were very efficient. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood what lay ahead. It was easy to get around in the facility .

Very pleased with the way Dr. Hess and his assistant explained everything in a manner that we could clearly understand. They both were very thorough in their explanations and explained our options clearly.
