I spent 2 hours past my appointment time waiting to see the doctor. Once he arrived, he was very friendly and took his time explaining the upcoming procedure and answered all of my questions.

The staff in the Cast Room are very nice and caring and does a great job. This is my first checkup after my first surgery with Dr. Hess, I have been very satisfied with the outcome of the surgery and with my first visit, Dr. Hess seem's to care alot about his patients.

I have an issue with my vains being evasive when trying to start an I.V. and the last visit I was stuck twice once in the left hand top side and when that didn’t work I was stuck in the left hand wrist area. I mentioned that I didn’t like being stuck there because it hurts tremendously. But I was stuck there anyway. And when I left my hand was sore for a bit.

He didn’t appear to remember why I was there. Then he contradicted himself from my previous appointment. I think he’s a good physician, just has too many patients and need more appointment days and time.

Dr. Hess and staff are wonderful. Dr. Hess tends to run late on his office visits but is very thorough and thoughtful when you get time with him.

Dr Hess was very thorough with his explanations of potential health issues and underlying issues. The nursing and radiology staff were very friendly and helpful during the visit. The facilities were clean and everyone I met had good hand hygiene.

I was extremely nervous about this appointment. The sign in staff, triage nurse, and xray tech were all fantastic. Met with Dr. [last name] first. He was exceptional. As a resident he was prepared and thorough. Dr Hess was top tier. They took time to answer questions and create a working plan. I could not be happier with the visit.

Dr. Hess is the best doctor in the entire world, literally from his patient interaction to his unrivaled knowledge in his field and beyond. He literally saved my life!

I think that Dr Hess is an AMAZING doctor who shows great care and concerned for my health and well-being and he makes me feel extremely comfortable with the whole doctor visit process. I was someone that used to have white coat syndrome but Dr Hess has been one of the doctors that made me feel so extremely comfortable that now I do not have that anymore. I did have to wait for several hours because he had emergencies and this is where for me this doctor is so worth the wait. He never disappoints me and I absolutely love that about him his knowledge and bedside manner is over the top I really love and enjoy this doctor. I honestly don't think I can say enough positive about him and his staff everyone is absolutely wonderful kind and very understanding. I will always go to Dr Hess and recommend others to do the same. It's just a wonderful experience all around with not just him but the other stuff as well. I appreciate the care that feels more like you're coming to family and they love and appreciate you instead of just feeling like a number it's very refreshing.
