Yes. UAB Highlands Orthopedic (oncology) Dr. Hess, Dr. [ ] and staff all made me feel extremely comfortable and well took care off. This is not an easy task for me because I usually have white coat syndrome and all new doctors and people usually make me feel extremely nervous. I so appreciate that a difficult doctors appointment now makes me feel like I have a family of doctors and staff that will be taking extremely good care of me. For someone like me with severe anxiety this has been a blessing.

Everyone was Wonderful! They were So Nice,Caring and Sweet! I got my diagnostic on Monday, and I had an appointment on Wednesday. They worked me in. Dr.Hess was Wonderful! He wasn't in a hurry. He explained everything in detail and asked if we had any questions. He wasn't in any kind d of hurry. Dana is Wonderful too! She is So Sweet and Nice!

Dr Hess was very responsive to my questions! I’ve had almost zero pain with my foot surgery after suffering for years from a painful cyst! He was attentive, personable, and a short wait! Office location was the only negative for me!
