We spent 4 hrs for this appointment for the dr to spend less than 5 minutes with us, plus now you have to pay to park. We will never be back

Our experience was wonderful! Dr. Hess and his team are wonderful. So understanding and never acted like they were in a hurry. Great to answer all of our questions. The nursing staff at the hospital were wonderful and very caring!
