I showed up early for each of my appointments and was done with each before my actual appointment time. That just doesn't happen.

Dr. Walter Smith is great! I appreciate someone honest and straightforward. I appreciate that his first thought wasn't to operate on me but to only resort to this if therapy doesn't work

As soon as I checked in, a was called back. the dr. sat down and explained everything to me, he didn't rush. He explained all the steps. Then I spoke to Jennifer his coordinator, and she took her time and went over all the paperwork with me. It was a good experience under bad circumstances

they were efficient/ friendly/ not the typical passive attitude i am used to at the main site

Yes I have faith that your doctors can do help people when other doctors say nothing can be done. They showed me that it's possible for patients to have hope.

The doctors and nurses at UAB are top notch. They take time to answer your questions. It is worth the drive from Tuscaloosa.
