Dr Smith. Was very professional. He answered all questions and addressed all of my concerns and worries. He was very nice. He laughed at one time. Has good humor.
The parking app was difficult the first time, but now, no problem.

I arrived 30 minutes early but they went ahead and did a follow up x-ray of my broken elbow and took me back to see Dr. Walter Smith. Dr. Smith took time to answer all my questions and I got out very quickly.

Called to speak with dr the day after stitches because still bleeding, asked for dr to call, I called at 8:03 am, was told dr would call me back. Never heard back from him or anyone. This dropped my opinion of UAB highland big time.

Was told that all medications would be available in pharmacy on site but in post op was told the order had been sent to our local pharmacy. Received a call 30 minutes after leaving Highlands that a prescription for a study needed to picked up in the pharmacy. We live 2 hours from the Hospital. Pain block did take effect. Little instruction on pain management and icing. Not my first out patient surgery experience!

Everything was wonderful. Nurses, doctors until I checked out. That young man is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Other than that, my visit was great!
