This was the worst thing I've had to go through with my body and health. I am so pleased because the doctor and his entire staff made sure I knew what every step before, during and after surgery would be. I'm thankful that I was referred to Dr Rajaram and his staff.

We did have to wait in exam room but it was not unusually long. And we wanted to see Dr. Rajaram for as long as we had questions and not feel rushed. We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen and schedules may not run on time. We had all our questions answered and felt well cared for.

The facility was easy to access, and everyone we spoke with was polite, helpful, and professional. The physician, his assistant, and all the support staff were polite and professional. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Dr. Raj and the lady with him are both very compassionate and show that they care about their patients. they both are extremely nice and go above and beyond to care for me. Dr. Raj saved my life by doing an excellent job fixing the hardware on my spine that a doctor in gadsden al made a mess on my spine. thank you to everyone that took care of me during my stay in the hospital

After my appt.in May I had all test that was requested before they were completed I was asked to come in for a follow-up then I was the ONE calling every other day 2-3 times a day/ week/months to only have a message sent. Never a return call until mid September I called 1 last time to have my records sent elsewhere considering then was told none of my msgs were marked URGENT so I finally received a call back after all the back/forth the apologies.I did receive another appt to discuss results. I was very disappointed with how this entire situation was handled all the months all I kept getting was I'll pass the message there was NO need in talking to an Supervisor same results 🙃
