Friendly staff, I have a doctor who explains what's going on in layman's terms, and listens to what your complaint with your health is. I have faith in my doctor.

It would be nice if patients were told when they checked in if a long delay is expected. Waiting for 2 1/2 hours to be seen without a heads up is a bit frustrating.

Dr. Shah is amazing. He uses his experience and intuition to care for patients in the best possible way. He asked me about the level of treatment I thought I needed - conservative to more aggressive. We both agreed to start with a conservative approach given my symptoms. He puts the course of treatment in patient hands. We scheduled an MRI, but he advised me to only have it if I am not improved in 2 weeks with my boot. I will see him again for my ankles and feet which I believe will be progressively problematic as I age. I think he is amazing!

Very personable, listened to my health complaint, and told me what was going on. Dr. Shah told me what I needed to do to help resolve my problem with my foot. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and I have no complaints at all. I have every confidence in Dr. Shah and will use him again myself and recommend him to others.

Very disappointed that o never received a follow up call the 2-3 days following my surgery. Disappointed that my return appointment was changed three times. Very bad customer service. Happy with the doctor's knowledge and kindness of Brandon his assistant. But poor communication all around.

The nurses the staff the doctors everybody was so kind I was very nervous and you made my visit very comfortable I would definitely recommend this Clinic and hospital to anyone I've never been to Birmingham to a doctor before my life I live in Gadsden but I was very very impressed
