Thought the doctor was very knowledgeable and wonderful bed side manner plus he explained too me exactly what was happening with my condition ! I am very happy I came and wish I had came there sooner

Very disappointed that o never received a follow up call the 2-3 days following my surgery. Disappointed that my return appointment was changed three times. Very bad customer service. Happy with the doctor's knowledge and kindness of Brandon his assistant. But poor communication all around.

The staff at UAB HIGHLANDS are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. The clinicians are always great and knowledgeable also, explaining the treatment plan and truly encouraging.

The nurses the staff the doctors everybody was so kind I was very nervous and you made my visit very comfortable I would definitely recommend this Clinic and hospital to anyone I've never been to Birmingham to a doctor before my life I live in Gadsden but I was very very impressed

I love Dr. Shah and the whole staff. I had a major surgery several years ago and was very pleased. I am due to have a minor surgery coming up and feel very confident and Dr. Shah and his team.

I was prescribed medication that would have interacted with the blood thinner I am on. Doc was unaware until I asked if it was. That info is in my chart. it should have been looked at before prescribed.
