The nurse was very wonderful! So sweet and respectful. I cried and she even gave me a shoulder to cry on. My father didn't even have an appointment and they worked him in.

The NP B. Forester was not compassionate, professional, too well groomed or have a competent manner. When I asked a question about how to avoid worsening my condition she said, well, if you went bungee jumping. She did explain the inflammation well and had the MRI pulled up. I didn’t feel rushed. She gave me additional info on my other conditions, that was extra effort!
