Didn’t evaluate my records prior to appointment. More than 45 minutes behind. Filled out a lengthy amount of paperwork yet it’s not on the patient portal.

I had an extremely long wait... was told to be there by 10 for X-rays (checked in around 9:50) and appt was at 10:50. I wasn't called back for X-rays until after 11:30. So was there until 12.
First time that has ever been like that. I'm sure there was a good reason. But I will still be back and refer people!

Very professional but the wait time was very long. As a previous patient I was told at a later date I could have the hardware taken out from my ankles,however, when I mentioned it it was not addressed. Disappointing.

Their customer service is top notch they need to train others The staff and Dr Johnson were very knowledgeable and gave us multiples ways to help my son. Ver willing to help and provided exceptional care. I could not be more pleased with our experience

Dr Johnson was very good. Unfortunately the wait time was verry long appointment was for 10:20 and requested to arrive early for x-rays, arrived about 9:30 and did not get called for x-rays until after 10, and did not see Dr until 11:45
