It’s always a great experience when I visit you all. The staff is always very kind and knowledgeable. Also the wait time is very minimal. I’m normally in and out in less than an hour. Thank you all for what you do.

Some of the techs I felt like they were rude but Megan was nice . I had fallen on my way in the door and the nurse that took me back and the nurse that took my vitals was caring but it was one lady who was rude and had an attitude with me. My legs had given out and I fell and I was hurting.

The people checking you need could be more friendly. They need to remember we are the ones paying the salary. So being more friendly and respectful should be one of their requirements to be hired. Also the people at the valet parking. Need to be kinder and also realize we deserve their respect
and not be so rude to the patients.
