Dr.Brabston and his team gave me my life back. I went from everyday pain to just simple fatigue. I no longer hate getting out of bed, but I am excited to enjoy life again! Thank you, UAB Highlands Orthopedics!

Everything was very clean and neat. My nurse was well groomed and polite, washed her hands, looked me in my eyes, and answered my questions. Dr. Brabston was as usual genteel and polite. He asked questions and listened carefully to replies and then he gave me options and advice. All in all- a great appointment.

Dr Brabston is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He goes the extra mile. His support staff reflects his dedication to provide the best care possible. He and his support staff are assets for the UAB orthopedic department.

Dr. Brabston was very helpful in ensuring I understood his medical comments. He listened closely to me feedback, and told me what to expect in coming weeks/months if I followed his directions. His efforts helped me gain restored physical capabilities to perform the routine tasks I want and need to do. I would highly recommend Dr. Brabston and UAB to others needing his services.

I was nervous and unsure when I arrived, but after meeting the staff and Dr. Brabston, I was reassured. I am confident I will be treated well and that I am in great hands. I can place my energy into getting my leg rehab done after surgery.

Staff was extremely friendly and well organized. Space was clean and well equipped. Providers all explained everything very thoroughly and in a partnerial fashion. Great visit! If parking were easier I’d give it a 10.

I am totally satisfied with Dr. Brabston and confident he will take good care of me. He sits down right in front of me, looks me in the eye, and explains my pending surgery in terms I can understand. Then he asks me more than once if I have any questions.

Dr Brabston performed the impossible with my shoulder surgery. I was told by two other surgeons nothing could be done. From the front office, nurses, surgical team and support staff I cannot say enough praises!

I got there early and they took me back immediately. Everything was very streamlined and the whole visit was very smooth! The resident and doctor were very attentive and listed to my concerns.

God is good and faithful! I prayed the last few days and the morning of our appointment "Lord, go before us, make a plan, lead this appointment and his care, your will be done, we trust you". And He delivered!!! I have never felt better about a doctor, felt like his primary concern was 100% my son and his future, and had all my concerns addressed and put at ease like I did in the hour he spent talking us through everything. Dr. Brabston was amazing, caring, thorough, and so knowledgeable. He made me and my son feel so good about his plan of care.

UAB has been the hospital that I have always want to serve me because in deal with them I know that I am getting the best of care as with there vision and dental departments as well
