Very efficient and pleasant staff.

Arrived for my appointment a little early. Was taken back to a room almost immediately. Everyone was really courteous. Dr. Brabston was super nice and took a lot of time to discuss my issues with me. He gave me some options and left the decision to me. I felt like he really paid attention to me and cared about my complaints. I would definitely return to see him.

Everyone from the clerical staff to MD was very helpful, attentive, polite and professional.
Never felt rushed; as if we were imposing; or disregarded for on second.
... Which is (sadly) quite common in today's world.
My husband was with me during my visit with Dr. Brabston. His comment when the doctor left the room was "Wow, I have never witnessed a more engaged/involved doctor in my life!"
He made us feel totally unrushed.... As if to say, if you've got questions I am happy to be here until the very last one is answered.
Last but not least, I do not recall seeing a single employee with Cell Phone in hand or near by!!

Dr. Brabston is hands down the best shoulder surgeon. I'm very thankful he was able to do complete reverse shoulder replacement and give me back my range of motion following a life changing accident.

I was in and out in 30 minutes! Got in right on time, immediately got an X-Ray, and was sitting with Dr. Brabston 10 minutes later. Erica was my assistant and was fantastic!!!

The care provided was top notch! Everyone was friendly and seemed to care about the patient. I felt taken care of from start to finish! Dr. Brabston listened to me, actually looked at the mri before I arrived for my appointment (unlike the [ ]), gave options and was able to take care of the problem as quickly as possible. I am thankful for everything!
