You need to get people in at their appointed times. If you have an appointment for 8:00 am you should be seen at that time if not the patient should be told of the delay.

Dr Ali is probably the worst Dr I’ve ever had.
That said, Ashley the nurse was amazing. Very friendly and wonderful. I don’t want her to get a hit against her for a Dr with awful bedside manner.

She seems very knowledgeable. Glad I changed over to her. The office that I was at before her office changed my doctors four times in the time I was with them. I hope she stays in her practice for as long as I need her.

RN Abigail was amazing and she seemed to care a great deal about my particular situation (FMLA). She was responsive in a timely manner. Nurse’s aid and EKG technician Hanna was also very caring.

She was super helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns accordingly. Super nice woman and made the appointment very comfortable considering my circumstances
