Very down to earth …this has nothing to do with her but PLEASE-reopen Mayville clinic…it is a couple blocks from me to where Brownsville is 20 minute es away…Mayville is a city of 5000+ where as Brownsville is a population of 600 + makes absolutely NO sense to me to close a facility that is larger…no wonder my blood pressure was high…ur not taking the patients first hand….thx for your time…Kim

She needs to listen more and ask questions. Instead she assumes and doesn't listen to anything I was saying. Was refusing to order a lab draw for something I needed and when she did it came back with so many issues that would have been missed if I didnt insist on getting the lab done. She continued to argue with me and say my labs from 2 years ago are fine and shouldn't have changed. She made me very uncomfortable and irritated. I left with a headache because of her

Dr. Koo is the kindest, most intelligent, and the most caring doctor I have ever seen in my 69 years. She know my medical history and helps me make the best medical decisions I could make. She should be cloned!
