Anna listened to me and I didn't feel any judgment when explaining what was going on which has happened in the past with other providers at other locations. She did everything she thought was relevant to what was going on right away and explained why we were doing what was being done.

She is very patient and listens to everything you have to say even if you get off track. Her recommendation for treatment if needed is taken care of right away. It seems she has reviewed my chart and my e-check in before I arrive. She is very pleasant and up beat when you discuss any issues you are having at the time.

She’s just always so kind. She never makes the appointment feel rushed. She listens and hears what I have to say. As a health care provider myself, she meets me at my level of knowledge and doesn’t talk up or down to me. She takes time to listen and to explain. She makes sure my questions are answered, issues addressed and treatment plan is clear.
