I've been seeing Dr. McKenna for about a decade and he is the best of the best. He understands that in a perfect world, 80% health could be improved with diet and exercise and encourages me to focus on those things. He's also wise enough to know we don't live in a perfect world. I feel like there is a lot of trust between us as well. I read a lot and do a lot of research and introspection before my appointments. When I come in what I'm really looking for is a "health consultant" that guides and directs and help. John provides that and I feel like I'm healthier than I've ever been thanks in part to his care.

He has always been very personable and even though he may only see me once a year he really does seem like he remembers me every time. I love that he's always open to dialogue of trying new things if I've seen them online or had friends have success.

John is very easy to talk to and he listens. John did not seem like he was in a rush to get me in and out as this was a routine check up.
