Did not know when the appointment was scheduled that it was for a Medicare wellness check. I had issues that I needed to have addressed and didn't get to because of time constraints. Now I need to schedule more appointments for things that were brought up hut not addressed. Kind of disheartening when you don't feel well.

She is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable talking and explaining things to her. The only issue I have is the follow-up. I had questions/concerns regarding the medication and side effects and ended up going into Urgent Care to remedy it because I did not hear back from the clinic even after 2 calls and 2 messages.
