Susan Baird is very approachable. She listens, asks clarifying questions, and is very responsive to my concerns. Susan explains things in a way that I can understand but is not condescending.

I felt comfortable describing my concerns and issues. She was knowledgeable and encouraging. She made great eye contact :)

She is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable talking and explaining things to her. The only issue I have is the follow-up. I had questions/concerns regarding the medication and side effects and ended up going into Urgent Care to remedy it because I did not hear back from the clinic even after 2 calls and 2 messages.

First visit with Susan to establish care! Was a calming experience and interaction was appropriate for my needs! Glad to have seen someone willing to hear my concerns and voice my thoughts on on going treatment.

Very empathic, but caring towards me as I had a lot of previous medical to go through. Was very knowledgeable and specific in helping me review the last 3 yrs events in my chart and going through medications etc.

Susan was nice but it was very clear to me that I was only there for a physical and she was ready for me to leave after that. I felt I was rushed to get out of there when I’m not a patient. That’s a pain to deal with.

First provider to listen to me n go over all my concerns. Susan B is one of the best providers I have had. Living with a chronic disease for many years I have had many providers in my 70 years. I will never have a MD for my primary provider. Nurse practitioner are better.
