You need to get people in at their appointed times. If you have an appointment for 8:00 am you should be seen at that time if not the patient should be told of the delay.

Dr Toloczko always asked what my concerns are and will show me diagrams on the computer if available, Such as an area on my hip that was bothering me. Explained it was a tissue area and things I could do to make it get better. Also talked to me about my blood test and what I could do that would make certain tests better results.
