Dr. Toloczko, took time to listen to me and give his advice. This was only my second time seeing him but I am very impressed with him and I would recommend him to others.

I appreciate his cordial, easy-going manner along with his professionalism and competence as a doctor. I felt he truly listened to me and did not seem rushed or anxious to get on to the next patient. I felt respected and like I was his focus during the time he was with me.
