Dr. Seddon listened to everything I had concerns about and addressed each issue. She is very friendly and respectful, as well as extremely knowledgeable! I left feeling much better overall after my appointment. I didn't feel hesitant to share anything with her as a doctor.

Dr Sedona takes the time to explain choices and recommends what she feels is in your best interest. And of course her knowledge of the medical facts is why I listen caretgully. She says though the decision is yours.

I thought Nicole was very friendly, but was quick to make assumptions about my knowledge of diet, healthy eating, and strategies related to portion control. This was our first visit and there was an opportunity for Nicole to get learn about my current challenges with food choices as well as my current awareness and knowledge of strategies by asking me some up front questions before going into her A, B, Cs of all things related to diet and better eating habits. Instead I sat and listened even though I was already fully aware of everything she was explaining to me. This seems like a small issue and in some ways it is, but it points to a greater concern that I have regarding mindful awareness, intentionality, and also slowing things down and focusing on relationship building.

I am pleased to share that my experience with Dr. Nicole, my new doctor, was positive overall. She demonstrated a great level of knowledge and compassion during our interaction. Although I initially felt she was leaning towards medication during our previous conversation and the beginning of this visit, I was pleasantly surprised when she quickly listened to my concerns and adjusted her approach accordingly. This flexibility and attentiveness to my needs were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Nicole, for your understanding and responsiveness.
