Dr. Lord alwasy takes time to explain things to my child, so they understand how their choices impact their health. He also makes sure to give them opportunity to ask any questions about concerns.

Dr. Lord asks relevant questions and listens to what we say. He is always very pleasant and friendly as well as professional and knowledgable. He excels at diagnosing the condition, giving a variety of treatment options, his opinion as to which is best, and letting you decide the course of action. Always open to questions, he will give honest answers and explain anything you want in terms you understand. Our whole family has been with Dr. Lord for many years and we would highly recommend him to anyone.
