Dr. Lord asks relevant questions and listens to what we say. He is always very pleasant and friendly as well as professional and knowledgable. He excels at diagnosing the condition, giving a variety of treatment options, his opinion as to which is best, and letting you decide the course of action. Always open to questions, he will give honest answers and explain anything you want in terms you understand. Our whole family has been with Dr. Lord for many years and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

He has been watching over my health progress for several decades and I'm still above ground walking in an upright position (as a rule). He is a bit younger than me, but that seems to give him insight into the evolution of his older patients.
