Dr Lord is very considerate and listens to any of the concerns I have, making me comfortable with any normal changes so that I am not feeling any anxiety. He’s very aware of my health history in my family history, which allows us to make a health plan for me with consideration to my time.

Dr. Lord is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He takes time to listen and never rushes through an appointment. If I send him an email with a question or concern, I always receive a response quickly! He has flexible appointment times which enable me to easily see him.
