I have been with Dr. Lord for many years. He has ALWAYS provided the best me with the best medical care I could want. He listens to what I have to say and asks me direct questions to make sure both he and I understand each other. He explains what we discussed, gives me his diagnosis, and tells me the options available with pros and cons of each. He will tell you the truth, good or bad, but is very caring and respectful in what and how he speaks to you. I would highly recommend Dr. Lord to anyone looking for a great physician!
