Although an emergency required a long wait, I was kept informed and given options to reduce the wait. It was comforting to know that, should I need a longer time, I would be given that opportunity.

Dr. Fredrickson does a great job of listening to my concerns and then working through them with me while also doing it in a way that was easy to understand and process. On top of being thoughtful and knowledgeable he is also friendly and made the entire visit comfortable.
