Dr. Palla is so knowledgeable. He is kind, caring and compassionate. He truly listens to the needs and concerns of each of his patients. Recently he contacted me via telephone and left a message as I was not able to get to my phone when he called) to provide instructions on how to take my new medications that he prescribed for my treatment plan. He also arranged for a pharmacist to provide me with an education session, in-person, to explain how I will take my medications.
