Overall he’s good. Dr. Preston listened and responded. I feel confidence in him and he takes the time to explain things which I really appreciate. I’m glad he’s our Doctor. My husband sees him also and feels the same.

With my initial visit with both the staff member and the doctor himself I was surprisingly encouraged. The meal staff member at the. Doctors’s practice was over the top amazing to speak to, to communicate with, answer questions, and get information. He was truly so easy to work with I couldn’t even believe it. And then when the doctor joined the television visit, I was again completely surprised at how easy it was to speak to him. He was easy to understand. Very honest. Courteous. Empathetic but realistic. I was very, very, very encouraged by him.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would tell them she takes really good care of her newer patients and will make necessary changes for her patients that's been there for a while and make referrals for other providers that can help her onset patients that's been with her for a while. She is a good Doctor and advocates for her self and her patients. I love this doctor and would refer her to anyone. I just think the insurance is unfair to patients and what treatments they can receive.
