I've been telling all friends and family how wonderful all staff at this hospital has been. I' don't have a lot of money. My insurance is rather poor compared to many. I felt zero discrimination from the staff. I believe they care only about my well being. Gives me confidence in my continued care. So very greatful to all at this hospital. May God bless you all!

Not impressed at all. Appointment only lasted 7 minutes. He seemed very rushed and even hung up before I was done talking. I asked questions and he just shrugged them off.

My entire cancer team seems to care deeply that I survive their treatments and that my life is worth saving. I am committed to do my part by maintaining a healthy metabolic diet and staying active with exercise and social connections.

Pleased with his knowledge, expertise and plan. Unfortunately for MyMichigan Health, he is presently a locums hire and his long term tenure with the system is not secure. He would be an outstanding full time hire here.

Dr Palla gives the care that he feels will lead to the best patient outcome. I appreciate that he is looking out for me. He explains things in a way that I understand. I highly recommend him.

Dr Palla is an amazing doctor. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and makes me feel like I’m his only patient. The amount of care he gives at such a scary time in my life, has helped in my healing process. He and his staff are kind and very thorough.

The doctor is usually really professional and courteous. During the last visit I was a little turned off by how rushed I felt. My appointment wasn't till 2 pm; however, the doctor said he would move to next patient if I wasn't on very soon. It was only about 1:50 pm when he told me this. So my appointment time wasn't even there yet he was rushing me. That is my only complaint with the visit. Otherwise he was very professional and informed. The appointment went well and I believe he is handling my care very well.
