Dr. Hamel is very caring and willing to discuss appropriate care for my husband as he is with hospice. He is a wonderful resource at a difficult time.

Dr. HAMEL has a great personality and takes time to explain everything before surgery and every step “”during” surgery which had a very calming effect on me. He is very patient, professional and answered all my questions.

Dr. Hamil performed Mohs surgery for squamous cell cancer on my leg. He was very personable and professional when explaining everything he was doing and what I could expect. He did not rush and took the time needed to do what needed to be done and answered the questions I had.

Dr. Hamil was very good at explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. I appreciated his patience and knowledge. His office was warm and inviting. It helped me feel more relaxed. I appreciated his willingness to listen to me, and to answer any questions I had.

I have already told family,friends and co-workers if they are ever in need of a Dermatologist/Oncologist that Dr Hamel is the absolute best.He is knowledgeable, very kind and caring.His office staff are also wonderful. Being diagnosis with cancer is a stressful time in a person's life but Dr Hamel and his staff have made my experience easier.Big THANK YOU to Dr Hamel/staff.

We were referred by our Bay City Mi office (Dr Boyce) for a Mohs surgery procedure. Dr Hamel & Rebecca were both outstanding in knowledge, friendly manner & competence. We were very glad he could help us & also that our travel was fairly close to home

My care was the utmost in knowledge about my visit and explaining the procedure. I had no pain and the care instructions have been excellent! More than I ever expected and a comfort to know Dr. Hamel is there and easily reached.

I would tell my family and friends that I would recommend Dr. Hamill highly however, my only complaint is that after he cut out the basal cell cancer, I waited two hours before I was stitched up
