Have always been pleased with doctor and staff. However I sent a message in the portal on [DATE], which the nurse responded same day with questions and that a message was sent to the doctor. I never heard back from the doctor and did not get my question/issue taken care of until my regular scheduled visit on [DATE]. Doctor and staff are always professional, polite and helpful

I like Dr. Levandowski very much. When I was first diagnosed with cancer and for 3 years afterward I had the same oncologist. After Dr. Li left I had a series of oncologists and rarely saw the same one twice. Dr. Levandowski always goes through everything(current medications and side effects, any new symptoms, concerns, etc)so thoroughly. She and her staff are very professional, but also warm and caring.

I saw Dr. Levandowski as a new patient. She explained my options thoroughly and I was very impressed. She had all my medical information and history, which also made me comfortable. I would definitely recommend her. She’s also a very personable, and nice lady, which in my case was very important.

I am disappointed with the lack of guidance or attention given to menopausal issues and effects on my daily life. I requested a hormone panel to ensure the medicine I am taking is working for my cancer care. I was told we don't do that, we know it is working because you are having hot flashes. It is frustrating when issues are ignored or dismissed. Women deserve better.

Dr. Levandowski took the time to check my records and prescriptions and ask pertinent questions. She ordered tests that made me feel very well cared for. Even the counseling service was so warm and caring that I felt very fortunate to have found this team.
