Only real issue is constantly having to leave messages, seldom phone is answered by staff. Understand nursing staff is busy. Reception always goes to email.

The staff is more than helpful. They know my name and my history. They are cheerful, upbeat, caring, personal and above all thorough. They check every minor detail, then confirm with a colleague. And they are interesting, multifaceted people.

Nice an polite with a slight language bearer , Had a appointment rescheduled after a bone marrow biopsy had to wait 2 weeks longer to get results witch resulted in me having to have more testing that I’m still waiting to hear back on the results!!!

The provider is sensitive to the unknown that patients face, can be overwhelming at times, especially if dealing with multiple health issues. Eye contact is key with dialogue.
