Everyone is friendly, and compassionate, the office runs pretty close to schedule. Dr. Moscoso does an excellent job of explaining the care needed or recommended, and the test results and why tests are needed….. Don’t expect an answer to a phoned in question or a question on your “portal” to be answered within 72 hours, or until your next appointment when you reason it….

I have been very satisfied. I was told to go for ini fusion andI wasn't fully Ware of what was going on. I realize that numbers were up from a blood draw but was a little sketchy on what the infusion veas all about except to hydrade.

He is over worked; he seems to do the beast he can, but I have been coming there for treatments and appointments for 6 years now and had 4 different hematologists- oncologists for some reason I do not think it is the doctor's fault, I really don't know the problem, maybe they are not paid enough or they don't want to practice at Midland hospital!! I blame it on the top administration of the hospital for sure!!

At my first appointment, I did not feel 100 percent comfortable with Dr. Santiago Moscoso Martinez. I received a lot of information in a short amount of time. I had so many questions I felt I was repeating myself. When I left my appointment I was not sure the communication between him and myself was good. I was not expecting the diagnosis I received. I wanted to start looking for a different doctor. I stuck it out for a few more visits, and with each appointment, communication has improved. I feel more comfortable with him and my diagnosis today. I would recommend Dr. Santiago Moscoso Martinez and the staff.

When I was first diagnosed, this doctor, along with others in my team, knew the importance of timely care plans as did I, and they were quickly put into place. when a problem arose, It was addressed immediately.
