My experience with Doctor Mohamed was good, he explained things in a very understandable way. Doctor Mohamed and his staff was kind and courteous and I felt very comfortable while I was at his office.

I went from a 1 week to a month life expectancy to a 1 to year life expectancy in one week due to his expertise and fast action!!!!

My experience with Dr. Elgamal and the MyMichigan staff was excellent. He is very friendly, answers questions....and the wounds from my surgery seem to be healing nicely.

This doctor is very kind, he explains everything very well, answers all your questions,takes his time with you and puts your worries at ease. While I was not expecting as much information as I received, it was an extremely informative visit for myself and my husband.

Nice, knowledgeable surgeon, did an excellent job of staying in contact with me via portal, phone or office visit. I just wish someone would have explained the surgery process and post surgery issues. Everyone has been so helpful to with appointments and answering questions, no one really walked me through the procedure itself but made it sound easy because it was out-patient but let’s just say there IS a recovery time and issues I did not expect

Dr. Elgamal covered every detail about the Cat scan, drew illustrations to clarify why a PET scan was needed, and all the possible things it may reveal. He then got Rose in the office to get us an appointment right away, so the treatment can be planned with surgery and/or chemotherapy. I was very satisfied and grateful to have Dr. Elgamal in charge of this problem.
