I was so impressed with Dr Sardar! He read all my files had answers for me right away and ordered all the needed test. He got all done very fast . Again I am very impressed!

The main problem is that when you call the office, you usually get a message saying we will call you back. The phone is usually answered by a recording not the receptionist. The call backs are not timely. I have had to call back. Dr. Sardar seems "competent and friendly, but he can be somewhat difficult to understand at times. I need to clarify what he is saying at times.

The office person is wonderful. She made sure I knew everything about my appointment and how to get there. The nurse was very caring and professional. The doctor explained everything better than any other physician I’ve seen for my condition.

Dr. Sardar runs an excellent staff. All of his team members from reception to nursing are excellent at what they do. Everyone is always very friendly and outgoing and the staff together seem to truly enjoy their jobs. Everyone is always so happy. As for Dr. Sardar himself, he is an excellent caregiver well versed in his craft. He listens to his patients, treats them with great respect. He is very professional but also has an amazing bedside manner that puts a patient at ease. He will answer every question until he is certain the patient understands before moving onto the next question or patient. I am very thankful to have Dr. Sardar and his staff on my team.

For a small town clinic I don't think I could get better care any place else. The infusion lab is very professional and nurses always friendly with big smiles. Always puts me at ease explaining exactly what was going to happen that session

Dr. Sardar is compassionate and easy to talk to. His office staff reply to messages sent by way of email faster than any other doctor we have messaged. Great service and care by all.

This was the first doctor that had to be reached on a video appointment. The first two attempts ended up being by phone instead. The last two worked well and seemed more personal. He listens to the concerns we have and explains everything clearly. I would highly recommend this caring doctor without any hesitation.

As a nurse myself, I felt like Dr. Sardar did not listen to me at all and just dismissed my symptoms and then simply tried to say they were psychological. I have been dealing w/this for over 2 yrs and to be dismissed in that manner by a medical professional is truly unprofessional and inconsiderate. He showed absolutely no compassion at all and was disrespectful when I questioned him about my labs and my symptoms. As if, how dare I have any questions. But as a nurse I'm curious and I question everything. Which is also my right. He may be a great Hematologist but his bedside manner is horrible. [Removed discriminatory language].

Very kind and compassionate team members. Dr. Sardar is extremely knowledgeable, always calm which helps so much when I’m nervous about something. He’s a great listener and always patient in answering questions I may have. His bedside manner is impeccable. I feel very fortunate to have him and his staff on my team.
