I have been to multiple doctors over the years for my health. I have never had a doctor sit down and explain things to me.The way paula did. She's absolutely phenomenal.

I would tell family and friends to choose Dr. Rechner (and I have). My mom and I have always received excellent care from Dr. Rechner and she has always been friendly, compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable to all of our needs. In my opinion, Dr. Rechner is one of a kind. Her bedside manner is excellent and, because of this quality, I have always felt very comfortable and felt that my person was being addressed with kindness and compassion. I am very thankful she is the Doctor who addressed my medical needs.

Dr. Rechner is an excellent surgeon and compassionate physician. During a recent biopsy, she made me comfortable, kept me informed throughout, and walked me to the final imaging of the biopsied area and checked the film. We are so fortunate to have her in our community. A wonderful person.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My recent breast biopsy by Paula Rechner went very well. Dr. Rechner prepared me for it during an office visit . During the actual biopsy, she kept me informed and quite capably performed the procedure. She walked me to the imaging area herself for the final imaging of the marker left in the biopsy area. I value her tenure in the community and her excellence in all that she does. Our community is so fortunate to have her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Rechner is just a super, nice person and doctor. She listens to what you have to say and she is easy to talk to. She is just really excellent! I have seen her in past years and I am really happy she is still here.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Everything was perfect. Her staff were also very friendly and helpful.

She is very thorough and genuinely cares for patients’ health and wellbeing. When I arrive, greeted with friendly faces and the nurse Jenna is always outstanding as well!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was there because of tests to see if my breast cancer had returned. A very emotional and scary thought. Dr Rechner and her team have always been very supportive, patient and caring with me and my family. Dr Rechner will always be my go to surgeon.

Paula listened carefully to all my issues including negative feeling from staff during scheduling of appointment on the phone. Was pleased with her response. Was pleased with treatment discussion and avail options for pain management.

Dr. Rechner’s compassion is OUTSTANDING!! I’ve seen her on several occasions for different medical issues and her care, kindness, support she gives during difficult results, attention to medical detail, ability to explain medical issues and procedures is “Above and Beyond” standard physician practices. Dr. Rechner is one of a kind!! If I could have her tend to all my medical needs I definitely would!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. Which speaks volumes because I think there’s always room for improvement. There’s no improving perfection with Dr. Rechner. To my surprise she even went above & beyond and ordered a RX ointment to my pharmacy that I would need after outpatient surgery in a month so she didn’t forget. Again, showing attention to detail & always being proactive in treating my healthcare needs.

This was my first interaction with Dr. Rechner. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything so that I may understand. She made me feel cared about by her. She was soft spoken and allowed me any questions I needed to ask. I told her that they are BLESSED to have her and God has given her a gift to be in this profession. She is making a difference and CHANGING lives. I have NOTHING but positive things to say about her as a doctor/surgeon.

Everyone was outstanding they went above and beyond for me and my health. It is very hard to hear you have breast cancer and for them to go above and beyond to tell you everything you need and the surgery you need and the treatment after. The kindness they show you. I just want to say thank you. I was scared to death and you and your team. Were wonderful to me and so kind to me thank you!

Jenna is always wonderful and kind, and Dr.Paula Rechner listened to me fully and gave me some wonderful recommendations with some issues I am facing and I believe her and all of the staff have my health and best interest at heart at all times. They are amazing!

Everything about my procedure was explained to me. I had no questions and I was very confident that Paula knew what she was talking about. I’m glad I chose to see her and I will continue to see her for any future procedures I might need.

Dr. Rechner and her nurse were wonderful to move up my appointment and get my surgery scheduled due to my circumstances. Am very grateful.

Receptionist did not listen to my concern. Had to have oncology contact.
