What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The staff are excellent and friendly but Dr. Akkud is always in a big hurry and only gives you about 5 minutes of his time. He doesn't take time to explain the results of the test that he has ordered. I have requested to see Sarah, his assistant, for my next visit because she takes the time to explain things to me in a language I can understand.

The medical assistant was rude and made rude comments. The Dr did not review my chart before I came in, I was trying to transfer from a different doctor and he had me come in to pretty much tell me that he can only help me with 1/2 of my follow ups and I would still need to see the other Dr. instead of just telling me that before I came in.

Dr Akkad is a wonderful doctor understanding and treats each patient as an individual and makes decisions for their care based on their personal goals

I feel very well-cared-for from the doctor and his staff. It’s rare that I don’t feel like I’m getting very personal care. Also, Stacy is amazing, the front office staff are amazing, the nurses in the infusion center are amazing. I completely recommend this office.

That I would prefer to see Sarah for all my appointments, but that has nothing to do with Dr. Akkad. He is amazing. I just like how attentive Sarah is.

Dr.Akkad is very good and likes to stay on top of things and get things done quickly. I have to deal with multiple Doctors and some times there is a breakdown of communication between them than can cause some problems

Was my first time here. Doctor was amazing, he listened to all my concerns and ordered his own blood work to answer my concerns with my condition. Dr. Akkad is an amazing doctor. Great bedside manner. Office staff, don't change a thing. This office runs like a well oiled machine. Thank you will see you again in [MONTH].
