Friendly and outgoing staff. Listens to what you say. Never a long waiting period. I love that my appointments are all set up on the same day so I don’t have to drive multiple times since sim 40 minutes away. Highly recommend.

The doctor is always kind and caring and I think he sets the tone for all those in his office. The doctor manages to be very professional AND personable not an easy combination to pull off in their line of work. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to choose Dr. Hitzelberger and his staff.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Him and his staff are very knowledgeable and courteous and caring. He knew my cancer did not follow the traits of a her2+ cancer even though a biopsy and a pathology reports said it was. His determination and retest at UofM proved the other two tests were false positives. He saved me from having to do chemo, radiation and herceptin infusions for a year. I will be forever grateful for his perception that there might be an error and not having unneeded treatments.
