I would tell them if they were having problems with their iron to definitely contact Dr. Preston for a follow up on the problem. He is very thorough, talks to you so you understand everything he is telling you and asks if you understand. I like Dr. Preston and would highly recommend him.

The office and the Dr are knowledgeable and welcoming, but phone contact to have any concerns/questions answered has been completely impossible.

I'm from [State] and I have close friends who are doctors and hold other medical staff positions. I recently told my friends in [State] that I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. That I am very impressed with the quality of medical care that I have experienced here in Michigan. I always give my experience at the hospital, or the oncology dept a 5 star rating. I don't think it could be any better. The staff are always attentive, demonstrating compassion, empathy and are always respectful of me as a patient. I'll always be grateful for everything that My Michigan Health has done for me.

Dr Preston is excellent. After the introductions, he immediately educated me on my condition, made and started to implement a plan to get me feeling better! He is a very kind man and an excellent doctor!

Dr. Preston is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. He never makes you feel like you are just a number or in a hurry to get to the next patient. I don't wish cancer on anyone,but I would highly recommend him. He is A-one I'my book....

I have already told them that he is smart, kind and he gave me full confidence in his ability to care for me by educating me on my condition and as soon as the introductions were over he immediately implemented a plan for my care. I feel blessed to have him as my physician!

Dr. Preston, is great. Carol on his staff has been very attentive to my needs when needed. She’s great. The schedulers are also excellent and getting you an appointment when you can come in. My thanks goes out to all of them.
