I would say that he was very personable and a good listener. Was quick to calm any fears one may have when coming to an oncology appointment for the first time. He was willing to explain everything that was of a concern and to actually explain it in such a way that a lay person would understand. Having medical training myself, I can appreciate this and would feel confident in sending anyone to him.

I have already told them how wonderful Dr Preston is. He very caring. There are wonderful people working in the chemo ward area. They keep my husband comfortable. They answered all my questions. They checked on my well being too. I felt comfortable being there. Such friendly nurses. They listened to our feelings about everything. They answered all of our questions very professionally. I actually miss them.

Dr Preston was very calm and his time spent wasn't on a computer, before entering the room he had already reviewed the results of the lab work, very thorough and calming. His courtesy was terrific.

Dr. Preston seems like an extremely good physician. He explains the illness very well and takes time to answer questions. But an issue of how he would arrange for me to get meds at a doable cost or free, was not clear to me. A few days later I was contacted by hospital staff working on that assistance. At this point I am waiting until the pharmacist at the specialty pharmacy can clarify an issue with the doctor. Apparently he is out of the country for a week and no one else can address this issue. That concerns me very much.

Dr. Preston is a very caring, personable doctor. The Dr and his staff make us feel very comfortable while there.

Dr. Preston really isn't our provider but I have seen him on 2 occasions as he was taking over Dr. H's patients due to an emergency. I have called (Dr being on call) Dr. Preston's office after hours due to reactions I was having and got a response very quickly. Impressed with the care I have received from this facility and am grateful for all who take so much care and concern for my overall health and care. Thank you so much.

Caring, compassionate, and great communication. They made sure to tell me my hemoglobin was critically low and to get to an er stat. They called me the next day to make sure I went and were legit concerned.

I would tell them if they were having problems with their iron to definitely contact Dr. Preston for a follow up on the problem. He is very thorough, talks to you so you understand everything he is telling you and asks if you understand. I like Dr. Preston and would highly recommend him.

The office and the Dr are knowledgeable and welcoming, but phone contact to have any concerns/questions answered has been completely impossible.
