Holly makes you feel comfortable n she listens n addresses all your concerns n makes suggestions for follow up or to discuss with your doctors she's always up beat and attentive listens well gets to the issue goes over your tests n answers truthfully any questions or concerns I would recommend her n the team to anyone who is looking for that special attention for what we go thru God bless them all n the awesome work they do

She's very knowledgeable in her field of practice. This is not something that I was interested in, at all. But after talking to Holly, I'm absolutely going to give it a try.

Holly and her staff went above and beyond to provide me with excellent care. When I had labs that came back abnormal I reached out to the office and Laura got me on the schedule the next day Holly was in office. They listened to my concerns and took my feelings seriously. Holly made a plan of treatment and I left the office feeling confident things will improve.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Shank is very friendly and easy to talk to. She remembers who I am with each visit and I dont have to explain things over and over. She takes time to listen and cares about how im doing. She keeps me informed of our health goals going forward.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I am disappointed in inaccurate answers that were recorded in my charts from my last visit. Questions were answered on my behalf that were not asked of me. Information was put down that is inaccurate and this is because they were just “answered” instead of asked. I do not feel this is appropriate for a medical appointment especially when I am experiencing some concerning medical issues and the answers that were placed goes against current treatments and findings.

Holly is a most caring provider. I've seen her 3 or 4 times and she's the same every time. She's kind, understanding, concerned, thorough and very helpful for about why I'm there. I'd recommend her to anyone needing care in her field of medicine. Can't say enough good about her. If most Drs had her sense of care maybe more people would go to a Dr.

Holly is always friendly as are her staff. She listens and asks lots of questions. Shes very concerned about what you are dealing with and how you're doing. I really enjoy coming to see her when I need a Drs care as she always tries to get to what your problem is and or how to find out how to get you better. She never rushes...just love her n staff.

Holly is great. Very friendly but professional. Listens well and answers any questions. Also goes out of her way to ask me questions about my other things I deal with and medications. She really cares and is very thorough. I'd recommend her to anyone.
