It’s always a great experience when I go into that office. Everyone is courteous and I never have to wait very long for my appointment. I have no complaints.

Holly Shank was outstanding. She had a great bedside manner, listened to all my concerns and was very thorough in her assessment. First time seeing her and she was amazing.

Amy her nurse is the best! Always positive and supportive.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Holly tends to talk to me like a child. She is a nice lady but I go away frustrated with our discussion. Sometimes I’m unsure why I even talked with her. I had a test done, and the appointment was set up for after the test results were received, and she basically said it was up to my surgeon to decide what to do next. I don’t see him for two more months. I’m not a touchy, feely person and I just think our personalities are very different. She wants to emotionally encourage me and I just want facts and next steps.

Holly made me feel comfortable never rushed me gave me plenty of time ask questions and explained all that I asked I wish I could continue to visit here for all my appts But because I am currently living in MN That isn’t possible When and if I move back to the Soo I will definitely Make my appts with Holly and the great staff Set up My appts at

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The staff always greets me by name, and makes me feel they care. Holly Shank has been a strong ally in my hemochromatosis care, and helps me coordinate with other care givers so that I’m not given a one size fits all treatment.
