I wish when you call Roscommon, Mid Michigan in Roscommon, would answer the phone, Not Houghton lake, office...I think that is wrong that you have go through the Mid Michigan office of Houghton lake, I like talking with the office I go too...

The phones need to be answered in the office your calling..I think I lot of people will agree with me

I couldn't ask for a caring compassionate person.
She helped me when I needed someone to listen when I really was at the lowest point.
She gave me resources that helped me get
through a tough time.

This was my first visit, but so far I am extremely happy with the level of care and ease of access.

Nothing i can think of at this point.

Dr Denlinger always listens carefully to my medical complaints and gives clearly explained solutions. He obviously familiarizes himself with my chart before he comes into the exam room. I would choose him as my doctor again and again. He is also very patient with me .
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Two times when I called I received incorrect information from the person who answered the phone. That is the only problem I can ever remember happening in all the time I have been a patient of doctor Denlinger.

Dr.Denlinger has always listened by carefully to what I have told him. It is not his fault when I don’t tell him something he should know or ask questions. He is an excellant doctor.

If he would ask me the questions that would explain why I am feeling like I do.

Everything is excellent from the sign in desk to the end of the visit!! I'm extremely pleased with it all. Very pleasant group of people!!!

Dr. Harrington and her staff are extremely efficient.and professional. They ask pertinent questions and listen to your answer, asking appropriate follow up questions, if necessary. I appreciate the quality of care received at Dr. Harrington's office.
