Jamie did an amazing job! She is personalable, kind and did a thorough job. She communicated in a way that was understanable and relatable. She took her time and let me ask any questions I had. She did an amazing job during a time when i was really struggling. Thank you!

Libby is #1 in my book-always showing interest, caring & bell being of her patients. Her staff is also high on that list. Always friendly, courtsey, dressed properly & hair pulled back when needed. One #1 group
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing really, expect maybe you could take care of every 5th visit bill. Now that would be super; bit lets be real we all have our overhead to take care of.

Lisa Harrington is very thorough and listens carefully to your needs. Her "bedside manor" is very positive and comfortable.

It's very hard to get an appointment within 6 months time.

Yes my Dr Harrington and her nurse. I am glad I attend Mid Michigan Health services and the workers in the pharmacy and blood Labs great staff!! Dr Harrington and her staff are. Very helpful so a great Jobs!!

I am confused as to how to refill my prescriptions. Sometimes the pharmacy texts, sometimes they don’t. I guess I don’t understand what I need to do make sure my meds get refilled.

Hayley Baker ALWAYS makes me feel so important and is so understanding to any and all of my needs.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It would greatly improve my experience if I could make a nurse appointment for acute illness test swabs for things like strep, Covid, and flu and have the results sent to my provider to write antibiotic scripts when needed.

Krista McNamara was exceptional. She truly listened, and her responses were so down to earth that I had no trouble feeling that she understood me, and that I understood her. I'm so very impressed and grateful to her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing that needed to be improved. My experience was one of the best with her, and I really look forward to having her as my PCP. I'm very satisfied and grateful. Thank you for asking.

I have been a patient with mid Michigan in Houghton Lake for 13 years and now I would prefer to make all my appointments through Russ common I feel that it is less stressful it is not as congested and the care is very different over there and I certainly would hope they consider taking Krista McNamara and putting her there full-time

No. Actually, the visit noyrs include things we didn’t discuss at all. Not that I am having any issue I needed to discuss - but odd that that notes were added that were not really true.

Dr. Tharp and the staff at MidMichigan were AMAZING, Friendly, courteous and helpful! I was surprised as the amount of time that Dr. Tharp took to ask and answer questions, making me feel like a lifelong patient!

Tacos & Margaritas!! No seriously I had a very pleasant experience and I’m looking forward to my next visit!! I wouldn’t change ANYTHING, that’s half the battle getting a Doctor who will LISTEN!

Dr Denlinger has been the best Doctor I have ever seen in any clinic or Hospital He listens first I feel relaxed asking questions I have He gives good medical advice ; counseling He really seems to understand and I appreciate his attitude to help me get through my problems. thank you for asking my opinion.
