I have loved both of my nurse practitioners. Krista and Hannah are both wonderful!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. I hate having to get up to make a 7am call for same day appointments. I’m already sick so I don’t want to have to get up so early and maybe not get appointment. I don’t like that urgent care is my dr every time I get sick.

Dr. Harrington and her staff are always courteous and professional, and answer my questions if I have any. I am very satisfied with the care they give.

Dr McMorow always listens to me and addresses any concerns. I recently took my toddler to see her with regards to a skin infection that urgent care brushed off and she diagnosed the condition within 5 minutes of being in the room after examining my son and he was able to get the medication he needed after a week and half of not getting answers elsewhere. She is an outstanding doctor and I highly recommend her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
More same day appointments would be helpful as I called at 7:11am and phone lines open at 7am and all the spots were already taken. I’m not sure how many spots are available but after only having phone lines open for 11 minutes it gets very difficult to get in for same day appointments. I understand this may not be “fixable” as there is limited time in the day but it would help.

Always shows concerns of whatever I address with her. Empathetic with concerns. Just a great person. So sad that she has moved to Roscommon. It's more of a drive. And hard to get another provider closer to me.

Absolutely! All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They follow through with what they say they will do. I have never felt such support from a doctors office. Dr. Trevon was amazing ! He stayed after hours to research my records to come up with a plan for me. He listed to me and showed great care and concern.

Hayley Baker always takes her time with me. She keeps up with my specialists and is always aware of who I’ve seen and what their results are. One of her Nurses, Dawn is wonderful. Dawn is always very helpful and makes you feel welcome.

Dr. V. Is the best. He always has provided me the best care. He goes above and beyond and seems to be always in the know regarding my bloodwork results relative to the medication I take to make the appropriate adjustments. He listens to me and is compassionate. He offers excellent advice. He is humorous, warm-hearted and honest. I am very fortunate to have him as my primary care physician. [NAME]

For many years I’ve taken a child I’m A guardian of everyone is friendly. I’ve had five children myself they actually older. Now I wish that Dr Mcmorrow could have been their doctor. She’s absolutely amazing and always follows up and checks up on Carter.

I love very very much nurse practioner Hannah Martin she has always been kind and respectful to me and was really considerate of me and my healthcare issues she has always been a sweetheart and an angel to me a dirt poor nobody old man , which I never received from the previous 3 pcps [removed names of other providers not part of this experience] being a patient of Hannah has been absolutely wonderful and I truly love her from the heart

The only thing I wish is that I found and became a patient of Hannah Martin a lot sooner she's been an absolute Angel to me and I truly love her from the heart and hope she allows me to continue being a patient of hers its been an honor and a privilege being a patient under her very kind and respectful Care. Wonderful, great , fantastic ,the best experience in my entire life with this sweetheart angel Hannah Martin nobody I've ever experienced comes close to NP Hannah Martin she has always been kind and respectful to me a patient under her very kind considerate care and I appreciate and love her very very much and thank the one true God for sending an angel like Hannah Martin to be a helper to me

I have bad anxiety and hate going out and dont like Dr offices but I felt very comfortable and relaxed from the start. It all started with the kindness of the receptionist when I called to schedule my appointment and continued right into my in person appointment.

Krista and all of the staff always looked after me and were always very kind, and always talked to me like a friend, and always concerned with my well being. If I was concerned about something they always made sure that I was looked after right away.

CORDIAL and Professional! I was also seen by my provider and done with appointment before my scheduled visit time. Krista McNamara took her time and reviewed ALL my health history and plans for care, healthy lifestyle and testing. She's AMAZING!
