Dr. Viguilla and his entire staff are personable, caring, knowledgeable, professional and make me feel like I'm stopping in to see friends when I need medical care. That doesn't happen by chance and their office dynamic is the pinnacle others should aspire to achieve.

Hayley was truly amazing at my appointment Made me feel extremely comfortable, explained everything really well. She never judges, always so understanding. I avoided this appointment for a long time due to anxiety.

The nurse who shared stroke experiences of family member was extremely helpful, receptionist always makes us feel good and offered bus tokens, Jennifer [ ] is the best bloodwork drawer we’ve had ever, give them all a star.

Have always had concerned care from Krista and in addition this year had physical therapy that was very much attentive to my needs.

The lady who checked me on for my appointment, Ashley, Dr. Harrington’s medical assistant and Dr.Harrington was exceptional as always.

How quickly I was able to be seen, Libby is also very thorough with explaining everything.

Again it’s all about appts. If I am in NEED I should have to wait 3-4 weeks to be seen that is absurd. I only saw Jamie once for paper work because I need a form completed. For an upcoming surgery. As it was I had to wait 2 weeks for that and she wasn’t even my actual PA.

I expected to be yelled at and ridiculed when I revealed my drug addiction to dr viguilla but instead he was very compassionate and very helpful to me. Having doctors dog, Panda in the room helped ease my anxiety. So thanks dr V!

Yes. Krista McNamara is excellent to work with. She is on top of my needs and tries to assist me with any thing that could help me and my health.

I feel like Erin Booms is hearing what I'm saying more. When I first started seeing her, I didn't feel like that was the case. I would leave an appointment feeling like I had wasted her and my time because I didn't think she really heard what I was saying. Now, I feel that has much improved and we're both communicating better. I come out of appointments feeling more confident in the treatment I'm receiving.

I think I'm communicating better. I'm making a point of clarifying what I need, as well as making sure I understand what Erin is saying.

Medical care discount.Never here back from them after I applied for help.Talk to the front desk the reach out to them but never find out what is going on.If I got approved or what.
