The receptionists out front are wonderful!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
My experience [date] was the best so far. It's a good thing because I was about to find another provider. Everything felt rushed before. I appreciated the focus on me and not the clock

Krista is amaizing! This day they fit me in I really needed the visit. She and her staff are great.

The service that I received was outstanding and the courtesy that everybody showed me and and Krista called me herself and told me what my test results were and then Christmas come in the next day she called me and checked on me again and made sure everything was all right very outstanding service at mid Michigan health nothing but outstanding people work there
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing could have been better cuz I got the very best service that I could get any worse that's why I only go to mid Michigan health services

Stacy listened to my needs and hopefully will follow up I left Munson because of the staff never following up or giving me the runaround

Every person I have interacted with either live or through my portal....has been wonderful. As an active senior I appreciate the respect and knowledge these hardworking people at this facility share with me.

My friend who brought me to the clinic was extremely impressed with De. Denlinger. I , personally don' know what I will ever do without him. He is the best of the best!

The only issue I have is, I always E-check in answering all the questions completely then asked again when I come in for my appointment. I will quit the E-check in if the questions at the appointment are the same.

Echeck in or at appt questions, pick one but it shouldn't be both.

Hayley takes the time to listen, evaluate and makes recommendations after a thorough process. Never rushes through the appointment. Extremely nice, friendly, outgoing and makes the patient feel at ease.

From the front desk to the screening nurse all personnel were friendly and professional. Of course Stacey is the absolute best and a treasure to your organization. Please do not let her leave.

The girls are always friendly and efficient at check in. Once I get to the office, I'm always brought in very quickly. Nurse Ashley is very nice!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Make sure that the nurses are friendly and considerate. Ashley is great, but the nurse I dealt with a few times before that was pretty rude

I arrived early for my appointment and so they saw me early. The exam was very comprehensive and I left with materials to resolve whatever health issues I have.

Nothing. Don't fix what isn't broken.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I’ve been seen for decades thru midmichigan family practice and then outside providers and this is the first time I’ve ever got such quality care from a doctor. She listens and genuinely cares, she not dismissive but caring and understanding. I hope that someone sees what a value she is and treats her whatever way needed to keep her as a doctor for the people in our community. I’ve only seen her I think 3 or 4 times but I’ve seen her interact with my husband as well and I am pleased to have her as my primary care physician.
