Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Harrington and her staff is always very cheerful and helpful. They have always replied to messages through the portal in a very timely manner to provide care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I know providers are on strict schedules, but sometimes I feel appointments are rushed.

Always professional and friendly at Houghton Lake. I watch and listen to all interactions reception, pharmacy and office. Everyone is friendly, patient and professional.

Hayley Baker is an outstanding doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and she never makes me feel rushed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The front desk girls were asked to remove my old insurance info and change it to my new insurance info and it wasn't done and I was without my medication for 3 weeks which made my cholesterol go sky high.

Stacey Crane was a big help ( and exhibited concern for my well being) when I had major issues with some medications ordered by the ER doctor in Midland earlier that week. Whenever I have an appointment I’ve always felt my concerns were addressed and with genuine and caring attention.

I don't recall ever being disappointed with anything from care or support during my experiences at MidMichigan Medical Center.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
More actual MDs and DOs, less PAs and NPs and less patients overall. These providers are always way backed up and overbooked. It should not take 6 months for an established patient to get an appointment, and it should not take over a year for new patients to be seen.

They are wonderful people, except for the woman that took my blood sample, she was not like the rest, she was not very nice to me, she treated me like I was garbage, she don't belong to work there, because the rest were kind loving caring women to a poor old man like me, I love and appreciate them, not this loveless godless person.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Had a different person Draw my blood, because the woman who drew my blood was wicked towards me. I realize I'm a nobody, but I'm not worthless

The service that I received was outstanding and the courtesy that everybody showed me and and Krista called me herself and told me what my test results were and then Christmas come in the next day she called me and checked on me again and made sure everything was all right very outstanding service at mid Michigan health nothing but outstanding people work there

Nothing could have been better cuz I got the very best service that I could get any worse that's why I only go to mid Michigan health services

My friend who brought me to the clinic was extremely impressed with De. Denlinger. I , personally don' know what I will ever do without him. He is the best of the best!

The only issue I have is, I always E-check in answering all the questions completely then asked again when I come in for my appointment. I will quit the E-check in if the questions at the appointment are the same.

Echeck in or at appt questions, pick one but it shouldn't be both.

Hayley takes the time to listen, evaluate and makes recommendations after a thorough process. Never rushes through the appointment. Extremely nice, friendly, outgoing and makes the patient feel at ease.
