No that place has gotten worse since Dr. Strickler left! I’ve been getting medical treatment for 40yrs here and it is just not the same, I’m thinking of leaving

Dr. Denlinger is an excellent diagnostician. So far his care plans have worked well for me. As I'm getting older I'm starting to have age related issues and so far following his advice I have kept them manageable. I feel he actually listens to me and considers my individuality.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I'm happy with the team I have. I couldn't imagine a better experience.

The care that the office takes with me. They are always kind and are able to answer any questions. The staff at Houghton Lake is great!

The phlebotomist has an inconsistent attitude, sometimes it’s not great.

Hayley makes the boys feel so comfortable, they are not excited about having to see a dr but she has a way of making it all okay. She takes time to listen and asked questions of them as well overall great job!

Told nurse upon exiting about appointment to close to start of work. She would not change it. I can do it prior to my next appointment.

I’ve always had very good care and felt very heard with the doctor and all the staff very very pleased
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. So far I’ve had very positive experience calling for a question or setting up an appointment or being at the doctors and taken care of there by Dr and nurses.

This is an amazing office and staff where I feel our kids are first priority and I always have amazing support. I have never been more comfortable and confident with a doctor. We drive 45 minutes one way and would drive more if needed. Thanks for all you do!!!

5 after my appointment was finished I remembered a question I did not ask krista. She came back into the office when a nurse told her and listened and gave me a set of exercises to help correct the problem.

She did a good job and so did her nurse.

Krista McNamara is the best Care provider I’ve had since moving up here 9 years ago. She listens and answers all portal questions. I trust her explicitly! Her staff is very nice as well!

NUrse Susan should be running the place. She is thorough and thoughtful in her care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I am disabled and cannot be on my feet more than a minute or two. I registered online and still go to the front desk and are asked many of the same questions WASTING MY TIME AND EFFORT. To cap it off, there was only one employee in registration and she refused to move to the desk for disabled people like myself. This and actionable offense against ADA. You MUST accommodate the disabled and you failed miserably on this more than once with me.

I just like that my doctor was honest and open with me because I was wondering why she didn't refer me to a rhuemotologist before, but than she explained it all to me. I appreciate that very much:)

Yes, they helped me by wheelchair get to office and after appt, they pushed me to my car due to I can't walk that good. They are very nice and accommodating in helping me.
