Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The woman at the desk and nurses were all excellent, it felt efficient and yet personalized for my child and I.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt uneasy about the doctor. The entire interaction with her felt rushed and impersonal, like it was a lunch rush at a sub shop. She emerged into the room “We will start the exam, I mean unless you have any questions or concerns” in a tone that felt like she really didn’t want me to ask any questions or have any concerns. I don’t know if this doctor had something against my son or if she treats all patients like this but I am not comfortable with the care I received from her. This whole interaction could be improved if she could slow down and have a kinder tone. Additionally, discussing healthy habits and dietary needs as he approaches his one year would also have improved this visit.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
An appointment was provided however required multiple calls to multiple numbers and spoken to multiple staff without a call back. I did call for multiple days and got an appt the next week and was then advised an exam could not be done because it was not within “1-5 days of physical concern”. Primary should have appts within a week, a referral directly to the specialist or recommendations via phone or virtual appt should be offered intially to save the patient and provider time for an appt. Maybe my kids could have been seen within the window if it was truly accessibly. We will thank Dr for seeing her the second week we called and thank for the recommendation to see the other specialist however we are still waiting and still without a proper exam and without proper justice or direction.

Do to all my daughters medical needs they got us in a room fast and had no other patients in there for that day before her visit

Every experience we have with Lyndsy McMorrow is great. We are very happy with the care we receive for our son.

Absolutely the very best drs office I’ve ever been to they actually do care about patients and always helpful best place I’ve ever been since I moved up north

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Lyndsy J Mcmorrow is one of the kindest and most patient pediatricians we’ve ever met. She really listens and takes the time to understand my son’s needs. I truly appreciate how caring and gentle she is during every visit. Thanks to her, my son’s health has improved so much. I’m very thankful for her help and highly recommend her to any parent looking for a doctor who truly cares about her patients.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My son has been sick and Dr. Lyndsay Mcmorrow and her nurse Randelle have been very patient and flexible with getting my son seen more than once. They even called me personally to discuss my concerns further more than this week. I am so grateful for the care they provide and the time they give me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?

The staff there is always friendly and welcoming. They’re always wonderful with my child and we are always satisfied with the care given

Can’t really think of anything it’s just an all around pleasant and quick experience whenever we have to visit

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Listening to my concerns and giving my child more than 5 minutes for his well child exam. The clinical notes are copied and pasted, no care is given in the slightest.
