Yes, the said provider went above and beyond normal explanations trying to help me. I appreciate the extra time spent in the past year trying to help treat my disease without medication. Actually, it was closer to a year and half. Thank you said provider.

The friendliness of everyone I met is always appreciated, even when I came in for the bloodwork, the phlebotomist (Jamie) was quick, thorough and painlessly performed her duty all the while engaging me in small talk, I love that! The person who checked me in on the day of my appointment smiled and was so pleasant for 7:45 A.M. in the morning that it set the entire tone for my day right from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone in Doctor Denlinger's office is always so nice including his nurse who did my vitals to the Doctor himself were congenial and pleasant to me. Everyone at MidMichigan has learned the art of making something generally agonizing into an actual enjoyable experience for the patients they see, and I can tell it's not a forced reaction on their part.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
A nice cup of hot coffee for the short wait time for the doctor would have been awesome....Just kidding! I can't think of a thing that needed improvement upon.

I am patient with numerous complex issues. Dr Denlinger has spent more than an hour each visit to address them. I wouldn't trade him for anyone else. He is extremely knowledgable and is willing to share that knowledge. I have the utmost respect for him and his nurse Susan. Susan is thorough and nothing slips by her. She is dependable, courteous, and knowledgable. No stone is left unturned with these two... Dr Denlinger and Nurse Susan. I feel very fortunate to be in there care.

Yes, Dr. andstaff gave me an excellent expla nation about what happened when this hemmoraggic stroke took place, also what ishappenning now, why treatment was and is what it is. Thjis gives me a lot of hope andencourageme. ntThank you very much.

Dr Denlinger always takes extra time with his explanations and answering my questions. I also appreciate the resignation personal, in particular, Jody. Lest I forget , Susan ,Dr Denlingers nurse is exceptionally courteous and professional.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Have excellent health and not have to visit my doctor but so blessed to have Mid Michigan Houghton Lk here to facilitate my sicknesses when I do need it.

Being treated nicely and not being treated rudely and condescending by the doctor it might help you health service if you got rid of this doctor when you can not even ask question about a statement the doctor made it is not very good.

Your referral system is a joke. There is no follow up and I have waited many weeks and sometimes months for a referral appointment that was fairly urgent.

Dr Denlinger was outstanding in explaining my health issues and coming up with a game plan to address them. I’ve never had a doctor spend that much time with me in one setting
