Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Denlinger and his nurse Susan are excellent at reviewing MyChart specialty treatments I have received elsewhere to make informed assessments of any issues and prescribe effective approaches. Dr D solved a chronic cough and upper respiratory issue that had been lingering for six months while I was away for the winter. Thank you Dr. D! They are always very thorough and are good providers. Highly recommend their care and professionalism.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, it was very good.

The staff, Dr Denlinger and Susan couldn’t get better then 10. I’d do 100 if I could the care I’ve always been given is excellent.

Me not actually needing a doctor but I’ve been blessed to have Dr Denlinger.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Doc Denlinger taking my brother on as a patient, when he really didn't have room for another, and for being a trooper with me while I figured out which end was up... again. Heck, I would've fired me and here I am realizing that I haven't even said thank you to him for too long. So, thanks doc, for everything and sticking with me, thick and thin. My whole family loves and appreciates you, more than we could ever say. God bless you 🙂

The only thing I personally have trouble with is the lab wait. When you're fasting and setting there waiting it can get frustrating.

I feel that Dr Denkinger and his staff take a personal interest in my health and have always, without question been there for me when I needed them. Even if it was just for routine care.

My experience with Dr Denlinger and his staff has always been outstanding start to finish

Dr. Denlinger is an excellent diagnostician. So far his care plans have worked well for me. As I'm getting older I'm starting to have age related issues and so far following his advice I have kept them manageable. I feel he actually listens to me and considers my individuality.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I'm happy with the team I have. I couldn't imagine a better experience.

NUrse Susan should be running the place. She is thorough and thoughtful in her care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I am disabled and cannot be on my feet more than a minute or two. I registered online and still go to the front desk and are asked many of the same questions WASTING MY TIME AND EFFORT. To cap it off, there was only one employee in registration and she refused to move to the desk for disabled people like myself. This and actionable offense against ADA. You MUST accommodate the disabled and you failed miserably on this more than once with me.

I'm extremely happy with Dr. Denlinger. He always takes time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. He's also very easy to talk to. I couldn't be happier!

[age] y/o cancer patient here and while he isn't my oncologist, he is the finest PCP I've ever know. A good listener, explains clearly what is happening, and helpful during every visit.

Staff is excellent and if you had a few more Dr. DENLINGERs I would tell all my friends who need a PCP to get an appointment with him.

Understanding a medical situation that made us change from in person visit to telephone visit.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Understood that I knew I had an upper. Respitory infection and could have called in a script for what was going around. Instead of me having to go to urgent care 4 days later.

The entire staff, from those at the front desk to the nurse Susan, Dr Denlinger, and the staff within his pod are excellent. Friendly and professional. All my needs, medical, billing, and follow up, were excellent.
