My Dr always listen. He is very good with referrals X-rays scans and blood work. I completely trust my Dr.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It went great. Although I understand it will be harder to get an appt. The Dr is booked out 2 months. They do offer same day appts if urgent. Also there is urgent care at this facility.

I do not like that I get phone call reminders day after day prior to visits. Last visit is got 3 calls in 3 days in a row!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Denlinger and his support staff. The nurses are friendly, understanding, and professional. (I have a hypodermic needle phobia and now have to take biweekly injection and although i still get skeeved out and feel like I'm gonna puke, I can get it done safely thanks to their instruction). I've been having some pretty serious health issues since 2020 and find Dr. Denlinger to be attentive to my issues. His ability to troubleshoot has brought actionable diagnosis and I'm physically feeling much better. I have performance metrics and they are all improving. I couldn't be happier with my medical care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only thing I've ever thought was missing was a hand sanitizer pump at the check in kiosk for labs. Everything is pretty on point.

Dr Denlinger has been the best Doctor I have ever seen in any clinic or Hospital He listens first I feel relaxed asking questions I have He gives good medical advice ; counseling He really seems to understand and I appreciate his attitude to help me get through my problems. thank you for asking my opinion.

From the time I come into the building to talking to my Dr they are so polite helpful and attentive. The dr gives me his attention, opinion and helps with dealing with what I have going on physically. I trust him a lot.

Dr Denlinger always listens carefully to my medical complaints and gives clearly explained solutions. He obviously familiarizes himself with my chart before he comes into the exam room. I would choose him as my doctor again and again. He is also very patient with me .

Two times when I called I received incorrect information from the person who answered the phone. That is the only problem I can ever remember happening in all the time I have been a patient of doctor Denlinger.

Dr.Denlinger has always listened by carefully to what I have told him. It is not his fault when I don’t tell him something he should know or ask questions. He is an excellant doctor.

Dr. Denlinger, his staff, and the front desk staff have always been very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Questions are always answered in a very professional manner and when you arrive at the front desk you are promptly directed to his office. Once in the office waiting area, we may wait five or ten minutes at the most. I am extremely happy Dr. Denlinger and the Houghton Lake office.

When we, Dr Denlinger and myself, were going over my latest test results, he noticed that my glucose #'s seemed to be way off so he immediately ordered a glucose fasting test. He wanted to make sure we stayed on top of this.
