Yes, I was there because I suspected I had another U T I I was tested and left with a prescription very quickly..

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Danielle is extremely patient and she is great with my children. She addresses concerns and is very friendly. She takes the time to explain everything to everyone in the room very thoroughly. My kids love her. The nurse who drew my child's blood the second time was very sweet and kind. He was very nervous after the first nurse botched his first draw but the second nurse eased his fears and listened to him about how he wanted her to draw his blood. I wasn't impressed with the first nurse though. After she botched his blood draw she immediately stood up and tried to leave the room. I mentioned to her that he was bleeding still and she asked me to apply pressure. There was nothing on his wound so I quickly grabbed a cotton ball and started applying pressure to his draw site. She asked the other nurse to come draw his blood then she never acknowledged us again after what happened. I understand she may have felt bad about what happened but I wish she would have handled it differently.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I wish the nurse who botched my son's blood draw would have spoken to him to calm him down. She left so quickly and he was bleeding. He was very scared.

Everyone in this office is excellent! Everyone is so kind, understanding, patient, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. I love coming here as I feel I can open up and talk about any concerns or ask any questions I may have and they not only respond professionally but also are so caring. I would recommend this office to anyone!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Calling me back after telling me someone will call me back. Calling me with my results and telling me the next steps instead of me finding all the info on the portal and doing it myself. When a patient expresses fear/concern listen to them, acknowledge it.

The service was outstanding from the receptionist Kim who was so very kind and personable to the medical assistants and the provider. I couldn't be more pleased.

I am so grateful to have found Danielle as a primary care provider for myself, and my two young children. She LISTENS! She cares! She is so courteous, polite, and professional. Everyone at the Beaverton practice is top notch! Finding such an outstanding medical practice in a rural community is a BLESSING!
