I just have to say, Libby and her whole staff there are the most considerate and understanding professional office I have ever been to, I live in [CITY] and travel to Beaverton for my appointments just because I enjoy this place and I know they work to do the best possible treatments they can for my situation! These people are really their for the patient, they aren't there just to get a paycheck like many other professional offices do This place is definetly an asset to this company

There isn't anything that could be done to improve my experience except clone each person that works there and have another office in [CITY]

I never feel rushed. If I asked a question, Libby stopped and turned towards me and actually listened to my concerns & addressed them all. Very excellent care from her!

I had testing ordered from 3 specialists that was set up quickly. My new meds were ordered immediately. I had an excellent and important test done in-office that was diagnostic for my symptoms that day (EKG). Everyone was very professional and courteous.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Really nothing by this office. My original yearly was pushed back 3 months due to staffing issues. That was difficult.

This was my first visit with Libby and it was great that she listened to everything I had to say and she focused on my needs. I felt comfortable with her and I liked her recommendations.

I liked the way Libby listened to me with my health needs!! Also, she answers my questions in a way I can understand what Was going on with my medical needs!! Since my first visit with Libby she has been very kind and understanding of my special Medical needs! I also appreciate how understanding the other staff has been to me and my needs! This includes always Making sure there is a chair with arms so I can physically get up from the chair, which I request when signing into the appointment!! Refill requests for medication are done in a timely manner and appears on My Chart, too.! I live in [CITY] and do the extra Drive to Beaverton because I like the Beaverton Center for the convenience of easy entrance into the Center , the kindness of the Staff as well as how knowledgeable Libby is!! At the Beaverton Center!

They're very approachable, I have no problems talking with Libby or her team. I feel very welcomed when I walk in. I'm always greeted with a smile. When Libby asks me if there is anything else that I'd like to talk about, it's very easy for me to open up with her about things that I don't talk about. And as a [ ], that's saying a lot. Her team is very polite, and very knowledgeable.

I felt that the nursing staff is always very helpful and accommodating. Libby seems knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciated her taking me in for an appointment when my regular physician was unavailable. She ordered tests I asked for and was helpful in following up with my regular doctor. Thanks Libby.

Libby Tharp is an outstanding, caring, genuine provider. Every time I am in there she listens makes me feel important and not just a number. I feel valued and important. Libby is one of the best providers that I have ever had.

Libby is #1 in my book-always showing interest, caring & bell being of her patients. Her staff is also high on that list. Always friendly, courtsey, dressed properly & hair pulled back when needed. One #1 group

Nothing really, expect maybe you could take care of every 5th visit bill. Now that would be super; bit lets be real we all have our overhead to take care of.
