They're very approachable, I have no problems talking with Libby or her team. I feel very welcomed when I walk in. I'm always greeted with a smile. When Libby asks me if there is anything else that I'd like to talk about, it's very easy for me to open up with her about things that I don't talk about. And as a [ ], that's saying a lot. Her team is very polite, and very knowledgeable.

I felt that the nursing staff is always very helpful and accommodating. Libby seems knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciated her taking me in for an appointment when my regular physician was unavailable. She ordered tests I asked for and was helpful in following up with my regular doctor. Thanks Libby.

Libby Tharp is an outstanding, caring, genuine provider. Every time I am in there she listens makes me feel important and not just a number. I feel valued and important. Libby is one of the best providers that I have ever had.

Libby is #1 in my book-always showing interest, caring & bell being of her patients. Her staff is also high on that list. Always friendly, courtsey, dressed properly & hair pulled back when needed. One #1 group

Nothing really, expect maybe you could take care of every 5th visit bill. Now that would be super; bit lets be real we all have our overhead to take care of.

My only issue is with the excessive number of Appointment REMINDERS, EMAILS, PHONE CALL/S, MULTIPLE EMAILS, AND OTHER REMINDERS THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY. I'VE ONLY MISSED ONE APPOINTMENT IN THE YEARS IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS OFFICE!

Libby has been very kind to me through the past 6 months through my recovery of 2 Very serious medical conditions. My last visit , she was very kind to me telling me how Good I looked from a previous visit! She was very kind in telling me what good gains I had made with myself mobility wise as well as improving test results.

From the receptionist to Libby, her nurse Li dsey, everyone is top shelf. You could ask for better staff.

Going through Houghton Lake office is extremely difficult to get your situation handled. The phone service has too many prompts.

This was my first visit with Libby, all i can say is she is a great asset to our area , I have never seen a Dr as caring and willing to go the extra mile and just sit and listen to your every work without cutting you off, Mg mother and I and my daughter all go to her . I hope she stays for a very long time

I’m a very nervous person and prefer to have a family/friend with me during every visit. Every single time I’ve came in for an appointment they allowed me to have a family/friend to come in with me. Some places don’t allow this. I’m so glad that MidMichigan Medical Offices Beaverton allows this, it makes me feel more comfortable, which makes my visit more enjoyable.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Everything that MidMichigan offices Beaverton, did was amazing. Nothing can improve my experience.

What I found out standing was there was no wait time at all. And the staff is very courteous in every department. The doctor is very thoughtful and thorough on everything.
