From the lady that checks me in to the ladies who do vitals, to Dr. Paul himself, I think these folks and this office is top notch and will always recommend it as to go to for medical care!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Short of a coffee bar and an adult surprise box (I DO live the stickers), nothing at all needs improvement.

They are all very professional. They maintain efficiency without compromising personal interaction with me. I have experience in the medical field and know how difficult it can be to limit conversation with a patient without making them feel rushed or left with unanswered issues. Kudos to the whole group. It is always a pleasant experience.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Weasley Paul was an exceptional doctor, listen and answered any questions that I asked. Analyzed my issues without the help of a computer! Gave me clear and precise information on how to help with the pain I was experiencing and done what was necessary. I would recommend him to everyone!

Not a thing!

The office staff were by far the most professional, sensitive, and happy people I've ever seen in any midmichigan medical facility.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Rather than politely dismissing my concern, my provider could've given me a proper course of action to remedy the situation. Trust is important and it does go both ways. I understand that in their line of work they have to deal with liars and other bad actors but they could've given me a way forward rather than dismissing me until they build trust, as it degrades my trust in the provider.

Both Wesley and Leslie exceeded my expectations in listening to my answers and providing solutions.

Dr Paul is a wonderful doctor, he listens to me and provides excellent care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I didn't like having 4 different appointments to discuss my varies issues.The only one health issue per visit is inconvenient and I feel sorry for people who have to pay a copay for each visit.

Doctor Paul Wesley was a very caring and explained everything very well alone with the nurses. They make you feel like you are importing to them

Dr. Paul addresses my needs and listens when I talk to him. Lesley really puts me at ease and is very friendly.
