It is hard to say because I’ve always had outstanding service. I do not have one complaint at all. I can say that I truly believe the Dr Vigula is a great doctor and all the staff are great also.

The staff is friendly and knows me when I’m there.

I felt I didn’t get all the answers I needed. I felt rushed. I wish more time was spent going through tests needed and answers for a specific ailment. I didn’t even get to tell the doctor about another issue I have been having.

The Dr’s ability to get at all the questions of BP, heart rate, going through all my prescriptions and seeing if they need to be up-graded or lowered. Talking of my cholesterol and AIC and watching my weight.

I am always greeted with a happy receptionist. When I call I always get resolution that is kind and courteous. Dr Vig always remembers me and my family. It makes for a great visit.

Please get a weight scale that accommodate heavy patients and disabled patients. Please 😉

There was a wheelchair available so I was able to transfer from walker to safer wheelchair. Also, Katherine was very helpful in communicating with me and acting as a mediator in between visits on use and availability of new medication.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing as this office has been wonderful and dependable for many years. I forgot to ask about getting a long range, reclining, electric wheelchair PA so I could apply through Medicaid not Medicare. I will ask next time.

Getting a appt right away with the orthopedic doc. This waiting that could be up to 2 weeks is unacceptable. There should be an appt made right away.

Even though I was sick they took the time to treat me as a person not a number. Listen to my issues and concerns. Was not rushing me out the door. I love this clinic they care.

The receptionists and nurses are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Dr. V is the absolute best. He always listens to my concerns, and always answers all of my questions. He is always positive and encouraging.
