Dr. Viguilla and his entire staff are personable, caring, knowledgeable, professional and make me feel like I'm stopping in to see friends when I need medical care. That doesn't happen by chance and their office dynamic is the pinnacle others should aspire to achieve.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I expected to be yelled at and ridiculed when I revealed my drug addiction to dr viguilla but instead he was very compassionate and very helpful to me. Having doctors dog, Panda in the room helped ease my anxiety. So thanks dr V!

From check in to the nurse before the doctor visit and the visit with the doctor and the release after visit is the best. Makes the whole visit very comfortable and pleasing.

I hate calling and not getting one in the office so I will go up there and make an appointment and the people there are amazing!! Veronica at the front window is a gem and Cathrine the nurse is always so kind and these are beautiful people! Truly beautiful people!!!

The amount of time and listening Dr V gives is amazing. I never feel rushed and he is always a huge help.

Even though I was having issues, Veronica took care to make sure I was okay and kept an eye on me. She remained upbeat and vigilant.

Dr. V and his staff are amazing. Dr. V takes his time with his patients, listens to them, and always has his patience best interest at heart. He is always smiling and friendly and that puts his patience at ease. He is the best.

The at office experience is outstanding, Doctor office staff, nursing however, the telephone service farmed out to other offices/call center, third party folks that make appointments for specialists, or wherever is horrific and seem disingenuous and does not reflect well on your organization.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing at the Mid Michigan Roscommon. Bring back calls to the local offices for scheduling and to be able to reach your local offices. I have to take time out of my work day to avoid your telephone systems sadly enough.

I feel that getting test results at a proper time would be great. I always have to call the office for test results a week after tests are done and being told theyre on doctors desk and he hasnt read them yet and then still waiting for days to get results.
