Very friendly staff, nurses, provider and knowledgeable people. It feels as if you're a friend instead of a number from beginning of your appointment to the end of your appointment.

Nearly always on time, staff is always courteous/conscientious and Dr. V exudes happy! Although I suffer from no chronic health issues I find my appointments are handled thoroughly every time.

Yes, there is they always are helpful and kind and if I have any questions I get calls back when they say they will call not two or three days later like other providers again the staff the nurses everyone in the building is amazing. They truly care about you there. You can tell it is heartfelt whenever I come in I wanted you to know that thank you to all.

As always when going in the office to see Dr. V everyone treats you like your family. The care I'm given is outstanding. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an awesome Dr.

Front desk and phone staff are always very friendly and kind. Medical professionals there are always warm and caring. Dr. V is SPECTACULAR!!! Love having him as my doc.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I would like to be able to call the Roacommon office where my medical appointments are and I am acquainted with the staff rather than having to call the Houghton Lake office where all calls are answered. I do not like that all and it makes no sense!!!!

Very concerned care from all parties in involved. I am very satisfied and hope he stays on for a long time.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Helped me check on vaccinations, check my care of deep cut gave approval, met and okayed new aide, took the time to take care of several questions which is often difficult due to time restraints.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not sending me home with diet instructions AGAIN! I lost weight and in middle of getting dentures so my choices are already limited besides knowing the information already. It felt like I hadn't achieved goals :-(

Yes, there was actually two things. The first thing was how tentatively doctor. Viguila Is Doctor doesn’t rush you out he listens very carefully. The second thing is his care and concern doctor shows I feel that he is amazing and the best doctor I’ve had ever.!!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing at all, my experience was 100% satisfied!! As I stated, I’m also 100% satisfied with the whole staff at Roscommon. They always go above and beyond and put the patient first they are kind and meaningful and treat you like a person when you show up thank you!!

From the office staff to Nursing to Dr. Viguilla the entire crew are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional in all they do.

Not a thing, it was perfect in every aspect from scheduling to completion.
