Everyone that I spoke to before this appointment in this institute was incredible . On the day of my appointment, everyone was the same. Respect and kindness was shown. Dr. Hanel and his staff were so professional and knowledgeable. They were patient and caring. I am so glad this is where I came for answers to my health issue.

I've had nothing but great service by your group. From doctor [last name]'s expert diagnosis and plan of action after my strokes, to doctor Wallace's call discussing my back surgery. He really made me feel I was in great hands. The first doctor at UF Shands wanted to do a 2 day surgery with a day gap for my 9 surgery. His surgery, if needed, was an outpatient 2 hour surgery.

It starts with the care. I felt like the only patient and everyone made sure I was relaxed and comfortable and ready for surgery. Everything went smoothly and I could feel the difference an after surgery even while still on anesthesia. Great job!

I did some research on the internet about Lyerly, sent in my name, email and phone number and got a call within 2 days. Then i got an appt. with the NP Annalise who interviewed me and discussed my condition. She explained all the options, showed me the MRI and answered
all my questions.
She took her time and spent approximately 45 minutes with my wife and I. When we left we had a complete understanding of medication, surgical options and all the associated risks. We also discussed what activities I would be able to do assuming a successful outcome.
