From the check-in process through completion of the exam, this practice is professional and efficient. Melissa, the nurse and Edward, the PA were thorough and did an outstanding job during my exam. Edward is pleasant and caring in his approach to patient care.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing neurosurgeon services.

The staff and surgeon were friendly and very professional.
My consult with Dr. Shaw was not rushed, he answered every question and explained the procedure in detail and depth to me.
Erica, the MA was absolutely delightful. She also answered my questions kindly and professionally.

Scheduling was flexible, the greeting at front desk was professional and warm. Dr. Shaw and his assistant have been thorough and very pleasant throughout my process. Dr Shaw did my first surgery a few years ago, scar healed very well and wouldn’t see another Neurosurgeon!

K Shaffer, APRN was friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to go over my MRI and explain the areas of concern. I really appreciate her being patient and not rushing my appointment. The front desk associate was friendly as well. Overall great experience for my first visit.

We were greeted nicely and sincerely. Heather Bean was absolutely wonderful. She answered all my concerns and really made me feel so glad that I kept my appointment. I look forward to hearing from again once all my tests are completed.

Very fast appointment. Staff took time to explain every detail on your imagining. Answered questions honestly and didn't automatically suggest the most extreme surgery. I was going in expecting the worst and let there with a weight lifted. Their treatments plans are tailored to each person and I feel like they looked at me and not what was just on the screen or in the paperwork.

All of the staff and doctors physicians assistance and nurse practitioners, including are always nice, genuine professional listen to everything you have to say explain things and you always walk out feeling better or at least understanding it more liar neurosurgery, and its staff is a blessing

I received excellent treatment for my condition. They were very proactive in getting the needed testing done and making appointment for visits and surgery. The whole staff from the surgeon to the PA to the nurses and support staff were outstanding.
