From the moment I walked into the office to the moment I left everyone was helping with a smile. Dr S and his nurse, Angela were very sweet and the manner I was treated was with great respect and concern of any and all questions I may have had. Having never been in the huge complex in Jacksonville and traveling from Palm Coast in and around construction was not fun, but once I arrived I felt calm and in good hands.

When I first met the staff for my surgery everyone was patient and understanding to my questions / needs. I was very comfortable and did not worry about the surgery and how things would be handled. I had faith and prayed that God would guide everyone hands that was involved.

Lyerly Neurosurgery is absolutely awesome! They truly are concerned about you, the patient, and care. I just had my final follow-up, and was told it's open door if I should need them, no matter what.
The staff is so caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, especially Dr [full name] and his assistant, Danielle.

We were more than pleased with every aspect of our appointment with Dr.Sauvageau. He was professional but provided clear information in laymen language on my wifes condition and set out the plan to contine monitoring her condition. The young woman at the front desk provided clear and concise information needed by new Florida and Jacksonville residents feel omfortable with all aspects of the appoinment process. Nurse Melanie was just great. While now a career civilian nurse she was professional,.cordial, and answered all our questions. We also learned that .Melanie and my husband shared their careers as Senior Enlisted members of the Air Force and her the U.S Marine Corp. Impressive!!!
This nuero- surgery practice is just Outstanding in every way. We are confident that if my wife's condition ever requires surgery we will be in the care of the best in the city and probably the state.

My first surgery I had to go on on my birthday. All the nurses recognize that and especially the night nurse with her assistant, came in her with a couple pieces of cake and wish me happy birthday and sing it to me thought that was very cool.

Everyone from Dr [last name], his PA Mr. Seese, the anesthesiologist, the nursing staff, & the front desk staff were super engaged and helpful.
Everything was explained to me in layman's terms. Mr Seese was excellent at the post op appointment. He showed me replicas of the disk & cage used for the fusion that were used to place in my neck during the ACDF surgery. I found this very interesting information to see how it all worked together.
I felt comfortable going into this surgery and I'm healing well. I would go back and have future surgerys here without question!
