Dr [last name] is Fantastic; the best surgeon I have had the pleasure to have as a patient. I have been in the medical field for over 50 years, and Dr [last name] is outstanding. I met with 12 different Physicians to find the right surgeon to perform the procedure that I trusted. Any patient who is fortunate to have Dr [lat name] will be extremely pleased with their outcomes.
The entire team is very Knowledgeable, Courteous, Professional and quickly responsive.
Erica [last name] MA, always returned my calls promptly and helped get questions answered fast. Friendly and a very nice person.
Faith Keener APN, Fantastic person, my scheduled appointment on July 20th went very well, Faith is very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions.
Heather [last name] RNP, Also Fantastic, she was professional and did a great job preparing me for the procedure.

Everything from the time I arrived and by the time I left the office. The sign in process was seamless and professional. They had all my information which impressed me. The MA was kind and professional. Dr. Polifka was organized, you cou tell he read my history and reports prior to my visit. He too was professional, kind and very knowledgeable about my situation. And lastly I met with Cendy the scheduler. And like all the others she was kind and respectful and took care of getting my pre-op testing taken care of. I highly recommend this group. Also, it was so easy for me to get an appointment right away!

Everyone throughout the office was verypleasant. The wait time was short. Dr trinidad was so kind. He explained my condition and issues thoroughly and didn't rush me in and out.

I had a follow up appointment with my surgeon, Dr. Shaw today and was very pleased with my visit. I am so impressed by his professional and caring demeanor. He is an excellent example of
his medical profession. I highly recommend the Lyerly group of M.D.'s.
Also, the office staff are very kind, caring, and professional. Wonderful people. They set the bar very high for other doctor offices.

I think very highly of the Lyerly group at Baptist South. The staff is friendly and very supportive. I Dr. Sauvageau is amazing. He sets me at ease and explains everything so clearly. I would definitely recommend the practice to a family member or friend.

All office staff was friendly. Annalise spent time asking me questions, and letting me ask questions. She was very thorough and explained previous testing and MRIs. She was kind and made me feel at ease.
