Everyone, including the receptionists in the waiting room, were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I have never encountered such incredible efficiency and unfortunately, I have had a lot of medical procedures and visited many different providers' offices, so I speak from experience.
Cendy, Dr. Polifka's assistant, was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I was amazed how quickly she scheduled my initial appointment and then my follow up telemedicine appointment, both within days of my call. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Polifka. He takes his time explaining your issues and the procedures he would recommend. I really appreciated that he provided options regarding the procedures that were available to address my condition. It is obvious how much he cares about his patients. I have already recommended him to other folks.

I had an excellent experience with this practice. I initially sought care due to severe neck and shoulder pain and was feeling discouraged after experiencing little relief from other treatments. Dr. [full name] took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition and immediately provided reassurance and confidence that surgery could significantly improve my symptoms. His compassionate and professional approach made a difficult decision much easier.
Following surgery, I experienced substantial relief from my pain almost immediately. My follow-up appointments with Annalise Deboef, APRN, have been equally positive. She is personable, knowledgeable, and consistently takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully.
I am very grateful for the care I have received and highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking neurosurgical care.

Short wait for an appointment. Short wait to see someone. PA Mike Seese was very knowledgeable, took time to explain where the pain was eminating from and allowed me to ask questions. He had consulted with Dr. [last name]. I was not pushed toward surgery. Pain management was recommended and a referral was given.
All in all, I feel comfortable with the services provided and the decisions made.
