Besides the fact that Lyerly employees are knowledgeable, polite and caring, Dr. Sauvageau is probably the best Dr. of any kind. He is understanding and truly cares about his patients. Also, extremely knowledgeable. I have never had a Dr. who was truly interested in his patients.

Doctor was very polite and attentive. He listened to the major issues. He didn't try to recommend costly imaging and treatments that really wouldn't have any effect. The office was easy to maneuver around with plenty of seating. The office staff was so nice.

From my initial appointment through my surgery day, the entire process was seamless. Dr. [last name] and his incredible medical team were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked in tandem to ensure my questions were answered so I understood both the implications of all my tests/images as well as my options for addressing the degenerative pain I had been experiencing for years. Upon my opting to undergo a multi- level ACDF surgery, the team was highly organized and efficient with scheduling my appointments, explaining protocols, responding to questions in the portal and handling all the necessary insurance authorizations. My surgery was 2 weeks ago and my recovery has FAR exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I will be forever grateful to Dr. [last name], Erica, Faith and Lyerly Neurosurgery for my successful surgery outcome and my ability to finally return to my active, pain free lifestyle!

From the checking process through the nurses are very kind and professional. I visited with the P.A. Kara and she was very nice and friendly. She reviewed my information and determined that I needed an updated MRI. She reviewed the information the doctor had discussed with me prior. Now I just need to determine if I will have the surgery soon or later.
Overall I would highly recommend the professionalism and understanding I received from Dr. [last name]’s staff. They were great!
