Thank you for always answering my questions when I send out a notice to call me in distress. Thank to Erica [last name] for always responding back with answers. You are a awesome MA! What a great team. I love you guys what good customer service. This is my second surgery with Dr. [last name] different injuries but he always solve my problems . What a GREAT Neurosurgeon! I recommend his whole team to my family, friends, neighbors and church members!

Personal care. Dialogue among PAs, Doctors and patients. Preparation by medical staff concerning patient conditions. Minimal waiting time. Kindness & care to patients who don’t know what to expect. Great bedside (chair side) manner. THEY LISTEN & RESPOND.
