I was in A Trememdous Amount Of Pain For 3 Months. My Right Side, My Left Side, My Lower Back. My Primary Care Physician Referred Me To Dr. [full name], After Perfoming A Successful Procedure on My Spine. This Neuro Surgeon Has Given Me My Life Back. I am Feeling Incredible!!! When I Awakened In Recovery, I was in Pain because Of The Procedure. Nothing Like I was Before. DR. [last name] IS SO AMAZING, And Professional! I Call Him "ANOINTED HANDS." Ms. Erica His Medical Assistant Is Awesome! Such A Great Person that Assured Me That I Was In Good Hands. His Aprn Ms. Heather very Nice. Dr [last name] is a great Doctor. Heather Bean took the time to go over my m.R I with me and make me feel reassured that everything was going good. Service is prompt and thorough. Heather Bean is the Best Surgical PAs that I have met. She always has a friendly smile and cheerful. She listens to the patient's concerns and health issues. She is very knowledgeable about her field of work. She spends time to explain the patient's condition and course of action. She gives patient's time to ask questions and does not mind answering them. She never acts like she has to rush the patient's visit. She truly cares about patients. She is the type of Surgical PA that you don't mind seeing.

I like the way that my health care needs are addressed in a business like manor with obvious care that I am getting what I am having explained to me. From the Physician to the MA, the whole team is responsive to my needs. I like the fact that I don't have sit in the waiting room for a long time waiting to be seen. I like that post surgery some of the follow up appointments are by telephone.
