I liked the pa I saw while there.

I was able to make an appointment within a reasonable time. The staff was very helpful and Heather was absolutely delightful. She actually showed me my x-ray on the screen and expertly explained what my problem is.

shuttle from parking garage to wheelchair to office were very helpful as it is difficult for me and my husband to walk that far to the clinic. Staff was very polite and helpful. We saw Heather PA for Dr. [last name]. Appt. for my husband and myself---was very thorough. Was prepared when she walked into the exam room. Very pleasant putting us at ease immediately. Covered all the bases that we felt needed to be covered at the time. sent in requests for XRay, MRIs for my husband, I was to be scheduled for full spine mylogram. Was escorted in wheel chair back to lobby -picked up by shuttle-deliebred to our car. The very next day, I received call from Baptist and got those tests scheduled. Very pleased with visit. .

Friendly staff. The PA Heather was so kind and listened and gave information. I know that sounds basic but when you’ve been brushed off since August??? It was a very great appt. And the views are amazing!

I’m treated with respect and honesty. Dr [last name] has done 3 of my procedures and I have no complaints. He is kind, knowledgeable, funny and has a great bedside manner. He is a great doctor and listens to me. Heather Bean is also great. She can stop on a dime and redirect her thoughts to other issues. She is super nice and friendly and I enjoy my visits. Erika is on top of her game and very nice to work with. All of together make a fantastic team and glad they can help me.
