Dr Shaw was thoroughly outstanding, he explained everything in detail, and in a manner I could understand. He answered all my questions in a relaxed and professional setting. Erica was very helpful in explaining things that we needed to accomplish prior to surgery. My initial contact was with Michelle and she was great and patient. I had scheduling conflict that I needed to resolve prior to making the appointment with Dr Shaw. While I was doing that, she kept me up to date. My overall experience with Lyerly is top notch. Thanks for doing such a great job.

Everything was prompt. I am huge on making sure I get seen when the time on the schedule says appointment time. The staff was excellent, timely and well versed to answer question. Dr. Shaw took his time to explain all options and all potential issues. I felt this was a wonderful experience with 100% clarity and transparency.

Everyone at the office is very nice and extremely helpful. My doctor is amazing! He has performed 2 procedures on me (one a double cervical fusion) and I have had very little pain with either procedure. After my fusion I only took pain meds ONE time! After my other procedure which also involved a rather large incision I had NO pain afterwards. Unheard of!

The staff at Lyerly Neurosurgery were very professional and friendly from the time I entered their doors. I arrived for my appointment and was seen by the doctor with a very short wait. In fact, the doctor saw me ahead of time. I had multiple questions about what treatments for my condition were possible and all options were explained to me. I left the appointment with the answers to all of my concerns.

I like your new location and how easy it is to get to the 14th floor. The receptionist greeted me warmly and was efficient in helping me. The triage nurse was also friendly and helpful. I am thankful for Dr. Shaw and look forward to the surgery that will relieve my pain. All in all, a very pleasant experience during a traumatic time in my life.
