The Doctor explains everything so well where you can understand it. The PA’s and other assistants are awesome down to the sweet lady that scheduled the surgery. Everyone is so nice and caring. You can almost always get someone on the phone and if not when you leave a message you actually get a call back! So much better than the “other” big hospital and group of doctors!

From Start to finish it was top notch service. I felt very comfortable from the moment I started. The pre-op, procedure, post-op, and follow-up I was always informed. The staff, Dr Shaw and hospital staff went out of their way to make sure I was 100% prepared for this procedure.

Dr. Shaw and his Medical Assistant, Erica, were absolutely fantastic. Erica was responsive and fit me in to see Dr. Shaw within a day of our conversation. My appointment with Dr. Shaw could not have run more smoothly. His personable, knowledgeable and professional demeanor left me feeling heard, encouraged and hopeful about my next step which will involve surgery. I am grateful to have met both Dr. Shaw and Erica and know I will be in great hands as I navigate my journey before, during and after my surgery.

What a wonderful group of people! From the moment I walked in and was warmly greeted by Max at the front desk to all of the medical assistance and of course Dr. Andrew Shaw. Was so warm and friendly and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I was called back to the exam room at the exact time of my appointment and had my vitals completed right away. I was seen by the doctor immediately after, everything was so efficient! Dr. Shaw is amazing, such a brilliant and kind man, he took the time to explain the issues with my cervical spine and come to the best solution to keep strong and healthy.

Everything about Dr. Andrew Shaw practice was excellent. Him, his staff were caring and listen to my concerns. I was given a good prognosis and trusted his experience doing this type of procedure. I'm still recovering and there not mayor complications as promise. If in the future, I need his help again I will definitely come back to him. Thank you very much.

Dr. Andrew Shaw was phenomenal. He explained everything very well, and I could understand it. He has a plan for my health that I'm sure will get me back to 100%. Also, his office assistant Erica was EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. She was so great! If I could give Dr. Shaw and Erica a 100 instead of 10 I would.
