Everything about Dr. Andrew Shaw practice was excellent. Him, his staff were caring and listen to my concerns. I was given a good prognosis and trusted his experience doing this type of procedure. I'm still recovering and there not mayor complications as promise. If in the future, I need his help again I will definitely come back to him. Thank you very much.

Dr. Andrew Shaw was phenomenal. He explained everything very well, and I could understand it. He has a plan for my health that I'm sure will get me back to 100%. Also, his office assistant Erica was EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. She was so great! If I could give Dr. Shaw and Erica a 100 instead of 10 I would.

Your Medicare submission person, Jeanette, is outstanding. Kara saw the stability issue in my spine in about 5 minutes. JOI didn’t test that in over a year! Dr Shaw is personable, professional and an excellent surgeon. He took the time to answer questions thoroughly and has n a manner easy to understand. Erica, your scheduler, does a good job, but may be overly busy. All phone calls seem to route to her, in addition to her other duties.

Dr. Shaw explored my MRI with us in three dimensions. He asked questions about symptoms and completed a neuro exam. He read what I had done to try to alleviate my symptoms over the years. He was so patient and intent on finding the actual cause of my pain/motor symptoms. Afterwards he acted quickly to schedule surgery. He is very professional and friendly. His Medical Assistant was very helpful.

We got in and got out quickly and we appreciated that as my husband was in pain with his back, Dr Shaw was pleasant but talks a little too fast for us to understand. Joel with the back brace was great yesterday came to our home to check up on husband to make sure he was wearing it correctly. All in all a good visit, we were happy with Dr Shaw.
