The doctors and assistants listen to you and suggest what they can do. Show you the x-rays and explained about them. They all were very nice.

The staff is exceptional! They are very helpful with pre and post surgery scheduling and keep patient informed. Dr. [last name] has fused my back and most recently performed 2 level adcf in both cases made me feel comfortable about outcomes and educated me on exactly why and how things would be done. Danielle took over managing and educating all things after surgery reviewed my results and med management and any rehab if needed. I really love the team

All the people are nice and take good care of you. The Dr explained the issues with my back and what he would do to correct the issues. He set expectations of the surgery and the recovery time. I had to stay in the hospital longer than I was told but they took good care of me.

My complain of hip pain and leg pain. After all the imaging I was given the diagnosis as there was a need for microdisecectomy surgery. I took the doctor's word for it. Had the procedure and it made no difference. I went and saw another specialist and diagnosed with a need for left hip replacement surgery. The microdiscectomy was not a needed surgery after all and spending $123,000. I am planning hip replacement surgery soon. Not happy at all about this.

They are very thorough and explain what to expect before, during and after the surgery. The videos they have on their website go over the procedures in detail.

Dr [last name], Danielle, Mike and Kandace were my team consisting of Doctor, PA, ARPN and Surgery Coordinator. Each one did an amazing job explaining things to me and my family, providing me with excellent care, and answered any an all questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for back issues and potential surgeries.

Ok this is my 3rd back surgery so I have some experience. Everyone is absolutely professional. I have never experienced anything so well run. Everyone has a job to do and I would say they are the best. From checking in to checking out everything was great. I feel absolutely Blessed to have had such a great experience and I am well on the way to recovery ❤️‍🩹

Took time to review MRI explaining everything that was done. Sat while talking with me , looked me in the eye, treated me like I mattered. Discussed follow up appointments, made sure all my questions were answered. Did not appear to be in a hurry. Waiting room wait time was minimal.
