The waiting room was packed with patients, but we did not have to wait very long. All the staff were very friendly and nice. We saw Mrs. Ramsey and she was awesome. She took so much time to talk with us and answered all our questions.

It starts with the care. I felt like the only patient and everyone made sure I was relaxed and comfortable and ready for surgery. Everything went smoothly and I could feel the difference an after surgery even while still on anesthesia. Great job!

I like the communication before during and after surgery not only to me but between all Lyerly personnel involved in pre-op preparation, the actual operation post-op recovery, overnight hospital stay, and the follow up meeting 2 weeks after surgery. i feel like the foregoing keeps everybody well informed and on the same page.

As a nurse, I look for excellent health care and I've received it from Dr. Wallace and his staff. From my first phone consultation with Dr. Wallace through to my surgery, I have received excellent communication and care. I truly felt like I was included in my care plan and recovery. My recovery from surgery was effortless and as planned by the team. I received calls from the nurse to make sure I was recovering well. Thank you so much for a good surgical experience.

Lyerly Neurosurgery is absolutely awesome! They truly are concerned about you, the patient, and care. I just had my final follow-up, and was told it's open door if I should need them, no matter what.
