Dr Wallace and Nurse Prac D [last name] were great during my initial new patient exam/visit. My questions were answered directly and options for moving forward were covered completely. I must say every person I came in contact with starting at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved meeting everyone on the team as they came one at a time to introduce themselves and tell me what their roll was during my surgery. It was an amazing experience.

I have had surgery by Dr. Wallace a number of times and he always explains things well. This last time I had a teleconference, not an office visit, but it was really not necessary to see him. He saw the MRI and since I had no pain for the past week or two, nothing was really needed. He sent me the links to some procedures, and they explained things very well, should I need surgery in the future.

Dr. Wallace was very honest and caring. Many surgeons would probably try and talk you into surgery but Dr. Wallace spelled out all the aspects of my condition and left alternative solutions for me. He has also taking a considerable amount of time from his surely busy schedule and made several explanation videos for his patients. He is a class physician and I would highly recommend him to anyone having neurological issues.

I have been referred to the Lyerly group for Post Herpetic neuralgia that encompasses my left eye region. I have yet to meet Dr Wallace, who has taken my case, but after talking to him twice on the phone I think I've finally found the medical specialist I've been looking for since 2015! I believe that Dr. Wallace is the best medical communicator I have ever talked to. He is a combination of talent, knowledge, experience, excitement for what he does, and a desire to help people who need his gift. I'm definitely one who needs his gift.
