Speaking with Dr. Bradley Wallace may have been the most informative 15 minutes of my life. He was absolutely prepared, knowing the history and imaging of my malady. He must have had the same conversation with hundreds of patients over the years, but not for a moment did I feel that he was less than laser focused on my situation. He answered most of my questions before I asked them and gave me information that will likely prove invaluable to my healing. Dr. Wallace is a credit to his profession; he is thorough, genial and a pleasure to speak with. In an earlier meeting Kara [last name] was equally impressive, helpful and reassuring. Even though it takes a long time to get an appointment with Dr Wallace - when you are there everything is perfect. I arrived early - didn't have to wait long and all the people were extremely nice and helpful. Dr Wallace has been my surgeon since 2017 and I highly recommend him and his staff.

I love how thorough Dr. Wallace was. He took his time to explain my condition and spoke in a way that I could understand. Staff was polite, efficient and organized. They were dressed like professionals and did not have random street clothes on and jewelry, long dagger nails or stage-like make-up. Wait time in the lobby was minimal which means the scheduling is done properly. I was able to fill out forms at home in advance on my computer so I did not have to do it when I arrived at the office. the Dr was friendly, professional and treated me with respect and did not talk down to me. I did not feel rushed thru the appointment. All my questions were answered. The lobby was clean and not over crowded.
