How knowledgeable the staff is. Even if they don't know the answer instantly, they will find it instantly! Call backs and scheduling are top tier! Everyone is friendly and supportive! The facilities are so clean and smell amazing! Everything is amazing and yes I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

I had surgery with Dr Wallace and his assistant Michael [last name] along with his admin assistant Kandace back in 2023. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and respectful. He told me exactly what he was going to do and it helped me to get back my life without so much pain that I was in because a severe pinched nerve root. Now 3 years later I have talked with each one of them after 3 years. Going to have similar surgery to help me live out my life somewhat. I appreciate them so much

The referrals from previous patients rates you 10 out of 10 before I even spoke with your group. Then you called me early for my appointment time and you had already gone over my MRI results and had your 2 track option ready to go over with me. Your practice just so far seems prepared for every single move that might be needed before you ever put me out for the surgery. Thank you for your professionalism and pride in your work it shows

Dr Wallace is extremely helpful in explaining everything in detail and providing additional video information to describe disease processes and surgical procedures that are necessary. He is very kind and explains that he " only recommends surgeries that he would recommend for his own family".

I was very impressed. Dr. Wallace listened to my issues and offered me opinions that are available to me explaining why he recommended or did not recommend the various options. The treatment plan he recommended is reasonable and I am encouraged that I may be able to find some relief from the pain and discomfort I have had for over a year.
