Dr. Wallace fixed my neck a year and a half ago, with a C4-6 fusion. All the symptoms, including the pain, were alliviated, and I've had no more neck issues. Thank you, Dr. Wallace, and thank you to your team. I look forward to the same high standard of care that I've come to expect from Lyerly, and other Baptist affiliates, when I have my upcoming lower back surgery. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Organization. Ask questions and get straight and clear answers Explains every procedure and results expected as well as addressing any concerns you may have. From the front desk to the medical staff you feel they all have your best interest at heart. No pressure to have surgery just takes the time to address your concerns.

How knowledgeable the staff is. Even if they don't know the answer instantly, they will find it instantly! Call backs and scheduling are top tier! Everyone is friendly and supportive! The facilities are so clean and smell amazing! Everything is amazing and yes I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

I had surgery with Dr Wallace and his assistant Michael [last name] along with his admin assistant Kandace back in 2023. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and respectful. He told me exactly what he was going to do and it helped me to get back my life without so much pain that I was in because a severe pinched nerve root. Now 3 years later I have talked with each one of them after 3 years. Going to have similar surgery to help me live out my life somewhat. I appreciate them so much

Then you called me early for my appointment time and you had already gone over my MRI results and had your 2 track option ready to go over with me. Dr Wallace is extremely helpful in explaining everything in detail and providing additional video information to describe disease processes and surgical procedures that are necessary. He is very kind and explains that he " only recommends surgeries that he would recommend for his own family".

I was very impressed. Dr. Wallace listened to my issues and offered me opinions that are available to me explaining why he recommended or did not recommend the various options. The treatment plan he recommended is reasonable and I am encouraged that I may be able to find some relief from the pain and discomfort I have had for over a year.
