Everyone there was pleasant, helpful and professional. Dr Wallace’s staff was especially professional and insightful in addressing my questions. Dr Wallace himself was particularly knowledgeable about my condition, informative about his recommendations for treating me, answering every inquiry in terms I easily comprehended. It was a very rewarding experience from parking my car, getting directions to the Weaver Tower and being seen promptly by Dr Wallace and his staff. The entire experience gave me confidence to proceed as quickly as I can with this surgical procedure which I been afraid to move forward to completing, thanks to Dr. Wallace and his team.

Dr Wallace discussed my back and leg issues in a way that helped me fully understand my options for surgery. He was very professional and caring. His medical assistant, Kandice, is responsive and patient on the phone...she handles her responsibilities efficiently while showing empathy and concern. She makes you feel like "everything is going to be OK!"
