My experience was awesome. From the scheduling an appointment to getting to see the PA, everyone was so nice and very helpful. Everything was explained to me so I understood what I could and could not do. I arrived early and I was seen before my appointment time.

The office staff were very friendly and nice. My appointment was at 10am but I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early (I was there around 10 earlier). I was checked in very fast (I was able to complete paperwork online). I was taken back pretty quickly and was put in an exam room. Edward Saleh arrived pretty soon after. He was very attentive and listened to me. He asked me questions and then examined me to make further determination of my condition. We reviewed my MRI results in which he explained in a way that was very understandable and put me at ease explaining there was no need for surgery. He suggested PT to strengthen my core and asked what I did for exercise and wanted me to continue doing what o was doing. He also suggested jogging in place in a pool for 10 min thee times a week. My visit was about 30 minutes long. I was treated with respect and would highly recommend Lyerly Neurosurgery. My concerns going in was that they would want to do surgery but thankfully I don’t need it.

Much better new location at Baptist Jacksonville campus. Quickly checked in and called in for vitals check and then exam room, PA was very pleasant and competent and reviewed MRI results with me answering all questions and after consulting with Dr. [last name] related his diagnosis to me and the suggested treatment plan which I agreed to.
