the appointment was for a certain time and I was in and out in a very timely fashion, The PA explain the problems from my old films and explained what they could do to help me with the problem. New films are ordered and when I left the office I felt like there was some help out there. Very pleased with my visit.

Both Dr. [last name] and PA M. SEESE thoroughly explained my procedure and what I might anticipate in recovery. The morning after surgery, both Mr. SEESE and Dr. [last name] visited me bedside to ensue I was doing well and again explained how their surgery progressed and what I should do to be successful in recovery. All of the other staff were also pleasant and helpful as well as professional.

I would first like to Thank Dr. [last name] for his excellent care he undertook in the care of my neck. I liked the way Mr. Seese provided follow up care, he reviewed both of the pre op and post op Scans and took time to review Dr. [last name]’s post op instructions for physical activity, ADL’s and care of the surgical cite.

Thorough explanations before the surgical procedure is done was very helpful, as well as the videos to watch. Taking the time to help us (my husband and me) understand what a surgical route would entail, and how likely our expectations would be in line with the Dr [last name]’s expected outcome. It was important to me that I was not misled concerning the possibility of a less than 100% expected outcome. During the 2-week follow-up, M Seese was very thorough in his explanations of the procedures done and answered our questions. He showed before and after scans and explained the problems I was having and how those problems were addressed in surgery.
