I feel like I received such excellent care. When I had questions, I received quick responses. They provided the feeling that I could reach them if I needed them. The follow up visits are thorough and provide excellent explanations. Scheduling is easy and wait times are short.

Thorough explanations before the surgical procedure is done was very helpful, as well as the videos to watch. Taking the time to help us (my husband and me) understand what a surgical route would entail, and how likely our expectations would be in line with the Dr [last name]’s expected outcome. It was important to me that I was not misled concerning the possibility of a less than 100% expected outcome. During the 2-week follow-up, M Seese was very thorough in his explanations of the procedures done and answered our questions. He showed before and after scans and explained the problems I was having and how those problems were addressed in surgery.

Lyerly was everything you could ask for in a medical practice. From Kandise [last name] to Mr. Seese, PA, to Dr. [last name] everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and concerned about the patient. To me spinal fusion is incredible surgery and my experience was far beyond any expectations I had. About 3.5 hours after surgery Dr. [last name] sent us home and for the first time in months sleeping was pain free. I expected to be on pain medication for a few days after surgery but it's been 3 weeks and I've not needed pain medication other than Tylonal. This was a very good example of what a surgical practice/ surgery should be.

I had originally seen another doctor years ago with back issues, but decided to go with JOI for my surgery. This time I wanted to see Dr. [ ] but they needed to get approval from the other doctor to transfer me to him. Lyerly was very quick and efficient about getting that done and setting up an appointment for me just two weeks later. Mike Seese, the physicians assistant was very professional, and I felt like he understood the pain I was in. Your office on the 11th floor is absolutely beautiful and a very calming, peaceful environment.

The service was fantastic from the check in through the checkout. That included the MA's as well as provider portion of the visit. Compassion every step of the way. The provider, Mike, was educated from my chart as to what I was there for and very informative. Answered all of my questions and gave some insight as to what to expect and when to follow up regarding my neck even though I was being seen post op from my back. Will definitely be back when it's time to seek treatment due to symptoms. Thanks for caring!!
